Ugh! I just lost my long post. Long story short: A few of us (myself & two of my children) aren't feeling well, but no high fevers. I'm not sure what to make of it. I'm sending 'Get Well' vibes to both of your children. It's tough when they're ill. :(

I agree. I don't think we should panic, but I think it's only natural to be concerned and careful. Especially, when it comes to our 'babies'.:)

Yeah, I think commercial use might require permission...but the photograph and copywrite still belongs to the photographer. It's just a casual hobby for me, so I haven't went too deep into it.

I'm far from an expert on this, but she doesn't own the image of her daughter. Whoever took the pictures owns them...unless that automatic copywrite was relinquished in some fashion (given away, sold, etc). Edit: I'm a (very, lol) amateur photographer and I've looked into copywrite before...

I would not be eager to help send my child to prison for life (or worse, the needle), but my bond and love for him/her wouldn't change my sense of right and wrong. Especially, when it comes to murder.

This is news to me...thank you. Honestly, though, I can't help but think it's because they're feeling the 'heat' now...not true denial. Although, I feel for them in either case, because the outcome is the same...they lost their granddaughter. I guess, I'm angry with them, but at the same time...

No shots...but, this didn't have to happen at all. It wasn't bad luck or anything that put them in this position. It's normal...not inhumane...to have consequences. Besides, they believe she's innocent, I don't think looking her in the eye is going to do anything for the healing process...
