Don't often comment on this site but I do have an overwhelming feeling on this one. I do suspect foul play- very close to home and the Police are occupying the usual tactics of "giving their suspect enough rope to hang themselves". Just my gut feeling of course.

Where is your source for this puritanical response to the latest news? If it is the Daily Mail, then I have found the responses to be quite heavily moderated compared to those on past cases. Most commentators did seem to express shock at the disclosure that they were involved in an affair...

Immense sympathy for both families involved including her ex fiancé who has suffered inexcusably from press and social media speculation. Also I feel for the accuseds wife who has to cope with all this as well as dealing with the reality of a double betrayal.
