Thanks for sharing this article. It does an excellent job (IMO) visually mapping out Noah's injuries to help one better understand the nature and location of the trauma to his body.
The autopsy report cited the 'stick figure' as being etched into Noah's skin. Someone (not sure who?) clarified that it was a homemade tattoo not a drawing, so it wouldn't have washed away in the shower.
If Noah died at the hands of his friends or through some misadventure at the party, I don't believe it was premeditated (first degree murder) or that there was any intent to kill him (second degree murder). So to me it makes sense to not class the case as a murder investigation. That doesn't...
Maybe he meant folded inside out, or crumpled up in a disheveled manner, as opposed to folded neatly like after doing the laundry.
If the pants were actually folded neatly, I would assume that the person who placed them there cared about Noah, and that it was done out of love and respect...
I agree fully. While it is possible there was an accident or an overdose, I doubt it could be covered up for so long if multiple people were involved. Also, I don't believe that JB was involved, or that she sensed the gravity of the situation when she returned to the campsite the next day...
I question KR's level of intoxication, and wonder if some of the partygoers are making seem like she was more drunk than she really was. Not sure what their motive would be, other than creating suspicion that she had an accident, or possibly giving SS justification for not getting a ride with...
I agree with you. I'm glad LE is doing their due diligence by investigating all possibilities, however it remains most likely in my opinion that Kiely had an accident and her car is submerged in water. Statistically speaking, car accidents are far more common than abductions. Her phone's last...
Has LE stated how many of the 100-300 people attending the party actually spent the night/camped? Generally, I'm wondering what time the party ended and most people dispersed?
I doubt KR had any plans to camp overnight at the party since she had plans to meet friends the next morning at 9:00 am to go on a hike. My understanding of the camping reference was that she had plans to go camping the following night, as in the night after the party.
What stands out for me as being a red flag with Sami's statement is the "At about 12:36 am" part. 12:36 am is a very specific time, yet the qualifier 'about' makes it seem more approximate. It would be more authentic to say 'At about 12:30 or 12:35 am'.
Based on the timeline I'm also very curious about what happened in the car (phone charging). Since KR's curfew was 11:30 pm and her mom stated it would take approximately 25-30 minutes to get home, she should have been leaving the party at the exact time it is stated that she was with SS and...
Has it ever been questioned or discussed what KR was doing in between the time of 6:08 pm (video cam photo released to MSM) and 9:45 pm (supposed time she showed up at the bush party as per SS statement)? Who was she with before the party?
I think the article quoted above is a gem in terms of information. For me, these are the things that stand out:
-the case is not cold based on the number of tips that continue to come in, and based on the fact that evidence is being reviewed (this is an active case)
-there is DNA (of course we...
My Speculation to Day 2 Questions:
1. Statistically speaking it is mostly likely only one killer. Also, if more than one was involved I think there would be more forensic evidence and it would be much harder to keep things quiet. LE should know from the video/recording if there is more than...
I agree, and would like to add that it is unlikely BG has a limp as he managed to traverse the bridge and coral two athletic girls down steep terrain, and possible lead or chase them through a creek. I just cant comprehend how someone who is disabled or limited in mobility could accomplish...
I seem to recall that LE took a pair of boots from Indiana Packers, presumably testing for evidence. I don't remember the source of this information, so consider it my speculation only. Would the employees have to punch a time card in/out? What time would shift change be...maybe it was...
I wonder if the 'last seen at 2:30pm" was a sighting by a witness (perhaps BG entering or exiting the area) or would there have been a timestamp on Libby's video--perhaps she recorded him at 2:30pm?
Either way I tend to think that the murders were done and BG was out of the woods long before...
I too think the Flora case is worth extra sleuthing for a possible connection as the towns are only about 10 miles apart, and both accessible from the Hoosier Heartland Highway. Indiana Packers is about halfway between Delphi and Flora and both towns are about halfway between the larger centers...
BBM
I read early on in the case that even though people are not supposed to be trespassing on the bridge, Delphi locals have an 'unwritten rule' of courtesy that you must wait for the bridge to be clear before crossing. Since BG was on the bridge at the same time as the girls, it suggests to me...
