    custody given to nancy's family

Most parents do not have any parenting experience until the day they bring their baby home from the hospital. Most parents have learned parenting skills from their own parents....good or bad. The majority of the time when a dad picks his child up from school he doesn't even know which...

WTH Are Brad's Lawyers Up To Now????

To BC failure is not a option. He doesn't care what means must be used to try to get the end result. JMHO

    Off Topic/Chit Chat

Today is a good day. I helped to catch a criminal today. Several months ago a lady had her wallet taken at a convenience store. I happened to drive up and see a policeman friend of mine talking to her. A few days later he had me meet him at the store to look at the video to see if it was...

WTH Are Brad's Lawyers Up To Now????

I think that when he went to the store the first time he was nervous and forgot to use his vic card and his debit card. When he got back home he realized this and went back in order to establish an alibi. He didn't want to rely on just the cameras that might not be turned on or working . The...

I was just thinking about the scratches. Did anyone notice any thorns growing in the the brush when they visited the site? The warrant said she was found face down in the water. If she was dumped on the other side of the silt fence "the dumper" could have lost his balance and scratched his...

Just because he said she went running doesn't make it so. I wonder how many people saw her running on a regular basis. He lied about who she was running with. He has been caught in numerous other lies. His behavior that day was out of the norm. Where is that person that he had a tennis date...

I believe that when BC told NC that she could take the kids to Canada that it was an attempt to lead her into false hope that everything was going to work in her favor. She probably let her guard down a little then. He thought that when he turned around and said no that he would get her to...

There is a broad range when talking about behavior disorders. Some people exibit extreme controlling behaviors while someone with a moderate problem who also lives with a strong person can not get by with as much. An extreme person would probably choose a weaker partner who would submit...

The lawyers stated something similar to there is nothing new as of late....I guess they are correct because they knew of the inventory a long time ago so it's not new to them....They are probably counting up the dollars they are going to charge to fight this and smiling. JMHO

If she was hit by a car, it was a hard bump inside the garage just to knock her down as she walked past it to get to the stairs leading into the house. The shoes could have been his. Maybe they were taken to look for debris where the thong part enters the sole and the bottom for prints. I...

The dog that found the body could have easily wandered down the path that lead to the berm and got behind the silt fence to sniff the body. The depth of the water could vary at times from completely dry to several feet depending on the amount of rain, evaporation etc. Heavy unconscious firemen...

WOW!!!! I'm so glad the dog show is over so I can catch up on reading the posts. I'm sick over the hair in the car. How can he even go out in public knowing what the LE took from the house. He really must not care or he's really stupid. I wonder if she had acrylic nails. They won't scratch...

I agree that it had to be done before daylight. All it takes is for 1 person to say they saw the car and oh well. It could have even been a car passing on Holly Springs road as he was waiting to pull out of the subdivision. In the 2 o'clock range he would have risked running into kids parking.

I don't believe that there were any construction workers back in the dumping area since those lots were not for sale yet. None of them were being cleared etc. There might have been some in another section. A trip out after daylight by anyone would be taking a big chance on being seen. People...
