Seems to me if detectives were searching dumpsters and they prolly did early on, they would have checked ones that had a connection to him first.

even if she days she cant get a fair trial in her home county and it gets moved, she will still be found guilty. once the jury hears that video its game over for her methinks...

she is gonna be so hard to defend, i feel for her legal team, sorta :)

that angers me, we have a right to be there, camera in the courtroom, or THERE physically i bet they have a lottery on who gets in as observers.

she won't fare well in general population DP, she'd be sheltered in a nice cell.... i kinda like she's going for life no parole watching her back, she will get shanked like dahmer, lol
