Thanks LA Law. I lurk here all the time (usually at work) and have been here since both this crime occurred and the Caylee non-justice verdict. What really disturbs me is, if Travis' heinous murder doesn't SHOUT for the DP, what does? I am truly disheartened and I cry for the Alexanders, who...
I have been lurking here since the beginning of the trial. Most of the time, I keep up with what is happening via you---all of the dedicated court observers and all WSers who are so devoted to justice for Travis. Been in tears throughout too. As with all of you, I am deeply moved by the...
And, I do also! Great post--said exactly what I was thinking. The only thing I would add is that back in 2009 after Michael's death, both the DEA and the AG of CA thoroughly investigated all the doctors involved with MJ, and found nothing---no charges were brought against anyone.
Thank you Credence. Your links, together with Ocean's link to the FBI files tell a far different story than the one that came out of that courtroom back in 2005. Here is another article from Joe Vogel on HuffPost that is worth the read...
Here are some updates:
Trial may not resume until Tuesday, due to death of Dr. Schafer's father (poor man--didn't even make it to the conference).

From what I remember of that tragic day, it was Frank DiLeo who told the children. The Pros won't bring this up though IMO. If they do, they have to bring at least one of the children to the stand (and I don't think they want to do that).
Ocean, what do you make of the Pros not calling...
Here is another potential twist in what may happen to Murray, if he is convicted. IMO this trial was not going to be about true justice when the State chose to charge IM. Also IMO, Murray probably won't do jail time--more like probation. One light at the end of this tragic tunnel is that CA...
Oh Peace, I just love your MJ story! I just know that if you had a chance to talk to MJ, he would have made sure all of you were at the concert that night.
While we all continue to nod off listening to Flanagan, here is the Chinese study the boring one keeps referring to lol

Don't know if this has been posted. Defense drops theory that MJ drank the Propofol

Absolutely and also, like now, when someone is grossly negligent and is trying to defend himself in a courtroom. Everything this doc did was a re flag!
That's my fear too kaki! From those watching in the courtroom, it appears that this jury is taking notes and paying attention--but IMO you just never know! Again, IMO 4 years if he's convicted (and will probably end in probation) is just not justice.
Perhaps Flanagan is an MJ fan LOL---This...
Today should be interesting, as there is some question whether Dr. Richard Ruffalo, Anesthesiologist and clinical pharmacologist will testify for the Pros. During the prelim, there was a controversy over the testimony of Dr. Ruffalo. The defense opined that the Pros may not even call their own...
He was the criminalist who already testified regarding tox report. He's the one that Flanagan started questioning about "pills" and is now carrying over here with Rogers.
Interesting article at this website about MJ toxicology report. Be sure to read the comments below.

This is misleading. Here is an article from July 10, 2009 where the police chief thinks the death may be ruled a homicide. Death was not officially ruled a homicide until August 24, 2009...
