If the result of the investigation is accidental death/suicide, the reaction of the family will be very telling. If they accept that conclusion, then maybe her psychological problems were more serious than what's been reported.
If on the other hand they believe Elisa has been murdered, they...
The last two tumblr posts have appeared at midnight, Vancouver time. So it's safe to say it's automated and there isn't another person using her tumblr.
The content of those posts is disturbing though. Let's hope the next one is some funny GIF from a sitcom or something like that.
To me, it's another indication that LE is pretty sure it's an accident/suicide. If there's no murder and no one is in danger, releasing more infos about Elisa's death would just tarnish her reputation and memory.
Or maybe it was the perfect crime and they have no clue whatsoever.
We're finding strange coincidences because we're actually searching for them. In this day and age, it's easy to just type a few unrelated words in google and find some links betweem them.
Elisa didn't tweet about an invisibily cloak because she's involved in some shady stuff. She tweeted about...
According the her tumblr, she was taking Lamotrigine, which "is an anticonvulsant drug used in the treatment of epilepsy and bipolar disorder. It is also used off-label as an adjunct in treating depression"...
Or someone who didn't mind not taking a shower for a few days (and I assume there many in that hotel) and didn't think it would take that long for the body to be found.
If I was LE, I would look at the surveillance tapes from the lobby to see if one of the long term residents was bringing in...
I've thought about that but if it's the case she really had to be high or very drunk. There's no way anyone sane and sober would hide in a tank like that. A dark, cold, enclosed space is stuff of nightmare for most people.
So the stuff about the four broken limbs is false.
As for the reason for releasing the video, it's a bit weird. Has she really changed that much since the pictures were taken? At least it would explain why she looks like a different person in the video.
There's nothing mysterious about Elisa stopping in Los Angeles. Any tourist planning a trip to California would most likely stop in San Diego, Los Angeles and San Francisco.
Staying at the Cecil/Stay on main is not really mysterous either. Judging by her blogs, Elisa was addicted to fashion...
We have no idea just how bad is her eyesight though.
I sometimes wear glasses and sometimes don't. My vision is optimal with glasses but I can still function without.
If she's just going to the bathroom/kitchen/lounge, it's possible she didn't bother putting them on.
What if Elisa wants to go to the roof to watch the skyline. She opens the fire exit window but it makes some noise. Some cranky old guy comes out of his room, asks her what she's doing there and tells her to go back to her floor or else he'll call security. Elisa heads back to the elevator...
Another weird coincidence for Marlon:
While googling, I fond someone on the internet who:
-currently lives in Los Angeles
-has spent time in Vancouver
-went to school at the University of California, Santa Cruz
-had a pet pig called "Quan Yin"
I'm not posting the name of this person because...
The fact that she's pushing all the buttons of a single column, in the order they appear, and then stops, tells me that it's more about the column then the numbers.
She doesn't seem all that fascinated by the pannel. Once all the middle column buttons have been pushed, she backs off and waits...
It's an interesting theory but I think it's far-feched. A strange coincidence in my opinion. Not to mention she starts with 14 instead of 4.
I think the possible reasons she's pushing those buttons are (from most likely to least likely):
1. She's sleepwalking/on drugs/hallucinating/etc...
You do need a photo ID for this hotel (in theory):
You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in.

From the same website, there's a review from january that mentions "boys rumor" as a negative point. I have no idea what that means.
