Hello all- I've been trying to catch up on my life why OP's getting assessed. You have put together a great timeline of events with documentation and it makes me wonder if the judge will do the same? I assume the judge can read court transcripts and will align the testimony with all the notes...
I know, right? It isn't going to happen though. Unfortunately Ashton is in small town outside of New Orleans, LA. Must say I actually saw him and Mila at the MSY airport on Monday. They are supposedly trying to lay low for a few days.
This trial certainly has some unusual experts. Maybe...
Not sure if this was posted already but here's ain't to 1 of the shots I don't want to attach it since its horrific. http://www.sowetanlive.co.za/news/2014/04/09/reeva-s-bloody-photo-shown-in-court-graphic-image
Its absolutely a great question! I wouldn't have used all the bullets (just in case) but I would have shot more than 4 times. Maybe he heard her fall? Even then it doesn't make sense when you have no idea what you are up against.
I agree! Nice explaination. It would be very hard to shoot that way. His shots were so close together that his eyes were on a specific part of the door when he fired all 4 shots. If he could see in, then she could have seen him too so one would think she would have either moved or crouched...
While I've never analyzed his story this way, its the foundation of why so many of us find his story implausible on a subconscious level. We know something's not right so we keep searching for hard evidence that makes sense. Thank you.
I really no little about some of this stuff so I'll leave it up to the more qualified to figure out some of things regarding the door. I just wanted to say that its a small grouping of shots, even if he was fairly close, considering he was either terrified or raging. He appears to be a skilled...
I believe that an argument ensued and he shot her through the door in a fit of rage. When she did not reply or perhaps stopped screaming), reality seeped in and he realized what he did. The rest of the story is pretty close to be truth. Perhaps at that point he tried to save her by getting her...
I agree!
People need to stop focusing on the type of bullets. As MeeBee states, its not uncommon to use hollow point for security purposes. My husband had Black Talon bullets in his gun for years but he finally used them in target practice because they were so old. (Production was stopped...
You just freaked me out! Mother's Day is May is the US isn't until May 11' 2014. Thought I was in big trouble there for a minute....:scared:
Happy Mother's Day to those who celebrate it today. Think I'll I add a little kahlua to my coffee and enjoy it with you.
I agree that they is quite a bit of speculation that doesn't support the prosecution. While some of the theories were interesting to toss around before the trial, we have more information now. The prosecution hasn't made a clear case which is surprising to me. I just can't figure out why...
Who knows about lawyer-client relationships in SA? If OP did kill Reeva in a fit of rage, would he tell his lawyer the truth? Would Roux want to know the truth if his client was guilty or could the lawyer be held liable for perjury by allowing OP to plead not guilty. Not even sure if I'm using...
Unfortunately I think that there's probably inaccuracy by all parties. We've all played the telephone game and it proves that many people don't always hear correctly whether its due to poor hearing or poor listening skills. Some have poor memory and either forget parts or just can't properly...
:wagon:
I think most of us write a long post when we first join! It's like there's so many things to say and it's hard to keep it inside any longer. Actually, I still write long post sometimes, errr, most of the time. . :blushing:

I think she's trying to be honest. If all the witnesses said the same exact thing then I would be screaming "collision!"
" So what is an "original memory?"6 The process of interpretation occurs at the very formation of memorythus introducing distortion from the beginning. Furthermore...
