Yes and ALWAYS be very careful about who repairs your computer even if done by a large chain Electronics store. These are places where one of the Tech's can put the keylogger program on and then they get your personal info for later.

You can get programs to detect if you have those on your computer. Travis had computer virus issues.. Keyloggers leave you vulnerable to Virus at times. My guess is he had this spyware on, and possibly Jodi used it with many boyfriends and that's how she got all these passwords.

Remember the angry text or rather "upset" text where he asks if she used his phone without permission. She probably did that to his phone also. She admitted she used it. She can put that on the phone and track all his calls also

Thanks for the info. I highly doubt Travis would ever give her his passwords. But if she did put a keylogger program on his computer, she could stalk him from home and get into his accounts (especially e-mail). Yeah, those e-mails from Travis on 5/26/08 were telling. The gig was up. So she decided to kill him. I have a question, were those particular e-mails evidence in the trial? I missed the first part of the trial. I hope they were because it showed motive for the killing. JMO.

:sigh: Even women who have experienced literally decades of abuse very often know not all men are abusive. It can take an extremely long time to trust the opposite sex again - but that's not the same as deeming them abusive, just gun shy, for lack of a more appropriate term.

Many I know just wouldn't go if they felt uncomfortable - not bring a gun because they 'saw what men could do'.

I don't think so...

She's awaiting conviction, so she's 'presumed' innocent... seems like she would be able to receive any payments for anything (like the stuff she draws and sells - I won't call it ---).

After conviction, I think it's a different story.

So true. Jody has everyone focused on a dropped camera causing him to "snap". Don't think so...He gets into his shower thinking she is gone, on her way to who know where, but then you see in one of the last photos taken of him - his shock and surprise as he sees shes not gone at all, shes there on his bathroom floor taking pictures of him in his shower. If he snapped, he snapped because of this, and who wouldn't?

He is looking into the camera in one of the shots about 2/3 of the way through the shower photos. He knew she was there. Plus, he looks like he is aware and is posing. I would look at lot less cool if someone was taking my picture and I didn't know it. Who wouldn't know someone was there for 10 whole minutes?

24) who intitiated contact after the vaious break ups, with Bobby, Matt, Daryl. Start with Bobby. with Bobby we broke up and got together so many times it would be hard to remember. one time I was packing and driving away, he lived in Montague, small town, he had nothing, no food no money, I sort of initiated...I bought groceries and left them at the door. he called me as he knew it was me. He got very angry, stepped out of the shower and lifted me up from the crouched position and body slammed me, I rolled and ran down the hallway, I rant into the closet and slammed the door, on the left side of the seat, I instead went for the gun, right about then he was opening the door, I grabbed the gun, I ran into the bathroom, I pointed the gun at him and he lunged at me around the time the gun went off and I didn't mean for the gun to go off. He fell kind of on top of me but to my right he was grabbing at my clothes. I don't know where the gun was, I dropped it. I got away and he threatened my life. I don't remember anything after that.
