I don't get why the interviewing detectives don't immediately call Cindy on it when she constantly refers to Casey's "job", "work bag", "Universal ID", etc etc....why do they let her go on and on and ON about these things as if they were true, when they've already proven they were lies??

If it were me, I would let them all talk and talk and talk. Just think how easy it will be to discredit CA at trial when she is going on and on about Caylee being kidnapped by Zani, sold to someone in PR, and all the REAL people she is trying to incriminate. They are letting her muddy the waters now to keep it from happening in front of a jury.

She then goes on a rant about being suspicious of Amy because she believes Amy lied about only being at Tony's once

Casey can Lie & Lie about major things but that doesn't prove anything to Cindy but the minute she suspects Amy of lying then Amy must be involved in Caylee's disappearance.

She makes no sense

She makes sense to herself, just as Casey makes sense to herself and until now no one has called either of them on their bullsh!t. Soooo, they think that means they are good at it, that they lie well, that they are smart.

When in fact the only reason they had never been called on it before is because the people in their lives were afraid to set them off, were afraid of their reactions so they let things slide. They were never good at any of this they just had their "loved ones" so well trained they didn't ever have to offer proof for their lies before now.

They are both weak, empty, useless women.

I read on another thread last night that Casey kept setting Cindy up by telling Cindy to meet her somewhere so she could see Caylee when actually Casey was getting Cindy out of the house so she could go over to get more clothes. Could this have been what Casey did to Cindy by asking her get Caylee from Universal? Or was this too early in the timeline for Casey to be taking clothes out of the house?

I think we should do a poll on this. How many of you would fall for this after the first time?

I wonder if that id/lanyard is something that KC thinks she lost somewhere while doing whatever. Maybe KC is afraid LE will find it in the woods or somewhere that might implicate her.
CA sets up this story of it being in with KC's things and it came up missing from the house and nobody but LE could have gotten it.
Later on, if it shows up in evidence, she can say it must have been planted there.

Or CA is just trying to make them out to be incompetent since they didn't list and sign for the item when seized. She is constantly trying to make them look bad

in the interview CA said KC asked if the note KC left on the car was still on it. the note said that she was going to come back and get it. So if there was a note (which i doubt) where did it go? Was there a date? what exactly did it say? did they have it towed due to a smell coming from it?

Probably so she can blame Jesse for stealing it, just like she claimed he was the "only" one who could have erased all the pics/emails from the laptop Casey used. Uhh Huh.

Whoa...I hadn't heard that before! Yes, she does sound heavily medicated, but that is totally understandable IMO. The fact that she sounds caught off guard or concerned that all this was a "sworn statement" is NOT understandable to me at all! The truth is the truth and is the same no matter how many times you tell it. IMHO, she is not cooperative with her ducking and dodgeing in the beginning and perhaps due to any medication she is on seems to be more agreeable in the end. (I think only because in her altered state she believes that she is "helping" Casey) And it sure didn't sound like she wanted to give up her phone to LE for them to try and retrieve text msg. either, hmm. What the heck was all that about Casey and J Hopkins? Now she has him moving back to Orlando and he and Casey moving in together as a family? I know many won't agree with me and that's fine, because this is my opinion only, but I now more than ever think that Cindy did try and impede this investigation and I think from everything that I have heard that the detectives involved must have the patience of a Saint! CA wanted an Alive Caylee, I have no doubt, (as we all would) but when she realized that wasn't going to happen, she wasn't going to say anything to incriminate Casey. Well, I can't really fault her for that. I would go to the ends of the earth over and over if I thought there was a chance to see a grandchild that was being kept from me, especially if I were the one that raised her from birth.
I would also call dfcs for a well baby check though. That's what I don't understand about CA. She knows what her daughter is and that baby was not safe. Who lets their grandchild traipse off with a psycopath without any effort at all to check on her well being in a months time??

The way Cindy says that makes me think that she thought JH may be Caylee's biodad. Just the way she says "work it out to be a family". I have no proof or evidence for that, just the way Cindy says it.

Well, JH said that they attended high school together, but didn't rally know eachother, and did not see the same people. He also said he's only run into her once since he graduated. They ran into eachother in a restaurant, and exchanged five minutes worth of small talk.

I think it's as Rick said-- she conceived at a party, and doesn't know who it is.

Did anyone else notice that she was inquiring if they were able to get the "phone calls", or was I mistaken in what I was hearing? What exactly was said during phone calls that she doesn't want known?

"False Information to LE", even a teeny tiny thing of any kind, I know someone it happened to.

I liked the part where she chastized LE for taking "weeks" to do the timeline. When the missing baby wasn't even called IN for over a month?

And, is anybody else getting vertigo from the changes re: what KC knows?

Lemme see: "She knows but can't talk, so she's giving 'clues,' 'puzzle pieces." "She doesn't know anything." Per JB, she knows but won't tell. Now, CA is back to KC's "hints," "clues," "puzzle pieces,""too scared to talk."

This time, AL, AH, and JG have a drug gang?

SO reminded of Jackie P! These two Moms suspend reality edging on the bizarre. Both combative, snarky, and appear to live in a world that is molded to their own perception of reality, rather than that which is plainly evident. Really strange.

I wonder what a psychological evaluation of CA would bring forth!

Personally, I think something in KC's environment, her recent past, but before whatever happened to Caylee send her over the edge into fulblown... whatever, but that nothing kicked in to take Cindy all the way, until possibly now. They both have very similar personalities and approaches to interpersonal encounters. I think genetics limits some things and makes others possible, even likely, but environment can both mitigate and trigger what actually comes out in the end. What's your opinion?

I disagree. Per her childhood friend R, KC has always been like this.

Also - I couldn't make out what CA said was in KC's work bag that suddenly disappeared and she knew for sure KC didn't take it cause she was never alone. Does anyone know what it was they were talking about?

Did Jeff from CA ever speak about KC's story that he supposedly introduced her to "Zani" several years ago, as apparently "Zani" was his son's babysitter at the time?

JH doesn't have a son. He's only spoken to KC once, since high school. That was a five minute conversation, before they both returned to their separate restaurant tables, with their separate friends.
