Personally, I didn't get the feeling I was watching a future "mother of the year" shopping at Target. What on earth is Cindy A. thinking?

I wonder if after seeing all of the evidence against Casey, will CA continue to believe and support her. How can Casey possibly explain that buying bras, clothes and groceries (with stolen money of course) was to somehow help in her search for Caylee. Wait, I know, this must be what she meant when she told police that she will lie and steal and do whatever it takes to get her daughter back. How stupid of me.

Geez, I tell ya, the b*lls on this girl.....

The videos of her using the checks as if they are her own don't surprise me in the least, I'd expect nothing less of her. Again, she is not afraid of getting caught.. as long as she gets out of those doors and away from the store, she's free and it's over, period.

She does not think like ya'll do, really.

I can't get off the blue hoodie who knew that was stolen. Oh my Gosh Now we no why she had the big smile on her face the first MUG Shot!

Yeah, but there is 2 different kinds of these meds now. The kind with the old "drugs" in them that are now behind the pharmacy counter. You have to show id & pay right there. And the "new" kind has different meds in them and are just on the store shelf. No id required.

I bet that's the one I'm talking about. I never knew there were 2 different kinds.

Good point, I think she was living minute by minute, hour by hour, day by day, until she got caught and she had distanced herself from the truth. and it made it easier for her to lie about Caylee.

I can't help but think back to Casey's statement where she mentiones she will Lie, Cheat, steal, to find her daughter..
Guess she was looking in the bottom of the Bud Light Can for her..:loser:

Because she is the type to shoplift a backpack full of items in order to save her hard-earned stolen money for other merchants and other items?

I haven't finished reading the thread, but I did want to comment on this. All of Casey's stealing is from people - friends and family - not from stores, etc. It would have been reported over and over if she had ever been arrested for shoplifting. So unless she is very good at shoplifting, all her crimes are personal in nature, and that makes her even more evil to me (beyond the obvoius that she killed her daughter). I can only guess that she thought none of her friends and family would turn her in and press charges.

So perhaps she didn't shoplift because she was afraid of being arrested and perhaps going to jail?? Oh it is going to make her conviction and incarceration in prison even sweeter for me!

It makes me sick poor Caylee out there dead somewhere in the hot summer sun and she's drinking beer eating popsicles and getting laid. GUILTY, if my child was missing I couldn't eat, sleep or do anything. No wonder why Baez had the media blitz this week he knew once everyone saw how carefree she was everyone would hate her more. and I do..

I don't believe that KC had a fake ID of Amy. IF KC did, then she would have made the check out to Amy when she cashed it at BOA....Also, at Target, KC used her own ID, the clerk said she didn't compare the info on the check to the ID like she should have.....Sorry, if this has been covered, I'm behind!!!

More collateral damage from Hurricane Casey ... probably the worst natural disaster to hit Florida in ... ever!

Howza bout we start a list of Casey Victims..... be interesting to see how long it gets.

I'll start:

Caylee MA
Parents
Brother
Amy H
Target clerks who probably lost their jobs
Fusian, lost a lot of business since this hit the press

The cashiers should have been doing their job carefully, no doubt about it. But, I do have some compassion for them. If they are fired, it's a lesson learned...but in this economy it's a painful one. Personally, I'd be surprised if they were given a second chance. Sad for them, they were used by a con artist....Meanwhile, I'll bet all cashiers at Target have had a meeting or two to remind them of the rules.

I used to manage a retail store and we got hit hard by a con artist. We actually played a big part in bringing him down, but only after he had gotten us for about $1000+ with bad checks.

The guy was good, though. He had a proper photo ID's that matched the checks he was using, but the License #'s were all different with each visit (something barely noticeable). He would also print his own checks, changing the routing & account numbers to match other peoples' accounts. It was really slick...unfortunately he went to the well too many times, with too many different stores and finally we caught on.

I guess my point is that while the people at Target should be doing their job, some people are SO GOOD at these cons that they can throw you off your game and concentration to the point where they get you.

I felt sad when I read why Amy kept her checks in the car---so she would e able to write them out at church and if they weren't in the car, she would have forgotten them. Amy seems so human---she has a habit of locking herself out of her car so she makes sure her friends carry a copy for her. Very sad.

Okay does AH state that she met KC New Years Eve? Then she was on a cruise ship for 6 months and came back? I'm confused...someone clarify if that is right? If that is right she didn't know KC that well at all to be moving in with her.

I used to go into stores, grab bags from the ends of the registers and wander around putting the things I wanted into the bags, larger items (sheet sets, comforters, toys for my son etc) I'd just set into the buggy. When I was done "shopping" I'd simply walk out the doors (heart pounding but no visable signs of nervousness). As long as I got to my car without anyone following me everything was cool. Every time I got away with it I'd be braver the next time.

It's messed up..

It just baffles me that she didn't think that Amy would not have seen that she had written the check for cash in her name. And that the other check to store that had her name. And Amy being the nice person leaves Casey with a full tank of gas. You know she is kicking herself in the azz.

I am completely mortified at how someone with a missing child who has not even been reported as missing, can go into any department store and buy beer with a "friends" stolen check and act as if nothing in the world is wrong! I hope she withdraws her not guilty plea on those charges..I couldn't look at a judge after those videos and say "not guilty", thats like waiting for lighting to strike..
oh she's probably gonna give the judge some bs story like "Amy told me I could use her checkbook and money"! bet ya she doesn't take back the non guilty plea.

And she only took cash on vacation because she was trying to make sure she didn't spend to much. She was a saver, something KC would know nothing about. How could she do that to someone that was her best friend, she really is the devil.:snooty:

Wow, girl can waste a hundred-plus-dollars on nothing. Nighties and groceries. What a Suzy Homemaker. (If you discount her child's body decomposing where KC hid her).

I don't know, this is just me but I suspect we will find she has a sealed juvie record.

I live in Whitney, Texas and the local Wal-Mart in Hillsboro does not ask for ID when buying Sudafed. Maybe if you were to buy several boxes they would but I think it depends on the person checking you out. Not everyone follows the rules. :(

I've had to go to the Pharmacy Counter to buy Sudafed 12hr in Florida.
