Well if we were all the same it would be a boring world. lol I agree that they were accommodating to him. Don't necessarily want to stomache Lee either but i will say this. Nervous or not, he is stepping carefully. Who knows? God I am sick of all of this! I think he loves his sister but loved his niece as well and is stuck in the middle, and I do think he is telling part of the truth. No matter what he is not helping his sister's case.

I understand what your saying but he does not have to be stuck in the middle, he chooses that spot. He can love his sister dearly and tell the whole truth, I have never seen it do anyone any good by not accepting things for the way they are. He does not even have to believe she is guilty but he is touting the same ole lies. I guess I just don't feel the same way.

It just occurred to me that law enforcement has been waiting for these depositions to be held.

They want as much sworn testimony from all the Anthonys as they can get.

I wonder how soon after George and Cindy testify at their own depositions we will be seeing some more arrests.

Unless they have been assured by BC it will never happen. They do have some luck with pulling off the unbelievable. It only bolster's their perception that they are above it all.

Well I can tell you one thing, I would never be in the middle. If someone I loved killed someone I loved, I would still love the person that did it in my core, but I doubt I could ever look the killer in the face again, and everytime I thought of them it would be with sadness and nausea. So I agree with you. So I know that sounds weird compared to what I said about Lee but I am trying to be objective more than anything I guess. Appreciate ya!

That's really a shame because a huge part of the transcript reads like total nonsense, especially the last half. I can't begin to figure out what was actually said.

I agree with you. He can love his sister and show some respect for Caylee as well.

Well, judging from this deposition, it doesn't look like the Anthony's are going to be "cooperating" with the state in their quest to convict KC. Wasn't it reported that their testimony in the criminal trial would be one of the determining factors as to whether they will be charged or not ? Maybe they shoudl just go ahead and book 'em !

So now, she's not only hanging around the home to get all the 'evidence' but took the time to get into the family pc---prolly while driving Casey's car with the body of Caylee in the trunk.....and before she drove down the street to the childhood pet cemetary....Very busy nanny she!

Well, listening to the videos was no better. You could understand all the words--but it was still all nonsense. All Lee did was swear that he believed all Casey's lies.

This deposition testimony seals KC's fate. The alleged instructions from Zanny via text and facebook are going to nail her. All that is traceable or NOT!

I know this may not be popular,:couch: but I couldn't find anything wrong with Lee's deposition today. As it pertains to this case, I think he told the truth. Much of it was his personal opinion which I personally feel bares no relevance to Zenaida's case against Casey.
I noticed some of the personal questions got to him. I noticed that it was hard for the question to even be raised..
Do I think he believes his sister now? NO, I don't..however his personal opinion still has no relevance to the case at all.
I think he told what she told him, and the things that he heard from her own mouth.
I am actually proud that he went along today..

Cindy's deposition will be the doozy..JMHO

One, Lee wouldn't know anything about Casey's lifestyle as he had moved out since Caylee was first born. He would only know what Cindy told him.

They are impressed with the Casey they knew prior to Caylee being born. A good question would have been, how has Casey changed since having Caylee. They would claim no real change as the pattern of motions with them working didn't change and there wasn't real quality time spent with Casey. The focus and attention was on Caylee.

A lot of people are out of sight, out of mind and Cindy took care of everything not realizing Casey was going down hill in her inner life.

We already heard kc admit to being timer-55. I thought this board figured out the meaning of this long ago. kc started counting the days on her computer from the day Caylee died. That is why she knew day 31 when Lee asked.

We can now see that ZG is alive and well and living inside kc's mind.....at least that is where the KC and the Sunshine (Baez) Band are going........hmmmm

You know I thought that too. Did a search, but it didn't go that far back, but I could have sworn it was in early docs...then the story came out afterwards.
