Why haven't we discussed JM's wonderful dig at LA which went something like this:

JM to LA: I don't want to joust with you. You're very good at it. You enjoy it.

Anybody remember the exact quote or which of the tapes I should search for it so I can link it here?

I have no clue (sorry!) but there was that other wonderful dig..He said "I can tell" over something Lee said..Does anyone remember what?

It would be interesting to know if George saw them both WALK out of the house, or if Casey was carrying Caylee. Could she have been dead that morning when they left the house? I mean if Casey was carrying her?

I believe at best he was mistaken about the date. There's no way Casey would be carrying a dead Caylee out of the house right in front of him though at 1pm if she'd been dead several hours. MOO

He sure DID! And I thought that was strange that he would have HATRED for this man for no reason that I understand .... yet no anger or hatred for his murdering sister.

Well, lenny did sorta, kinda, imply Lee was the bio dad. Now that we know he is not, that could be reason for a bit of dislike by Lee.

I would have wanted to see Luka ask for proof that ZG is a Fernandez. Maybe it isn't legal for him to demand that, or maybe only the defendant (KC/JB) or Judge can demand such a thing.

I don't believe Luka, as Lee's attorney, has the right to ask questions. I wonder if Baez has scheduled any depositions. There are a few questions I'd like to hear ZG answer.

I think (MOO from a legally inept brain):
1. If Morgan could have gotten Lee to admit Casey was a liar it would have strengthened his argument that the story about his client was also a complete lie. (Remember when he was asking Lee if the Anthony family considered Casey a liar and Lee's atty objected? And Morgan's reply was, "But this is a defamation case."???)
2. If Morgan could have gotten Lee to admit he wondered if Casey had killed her daughter--that would definitely have shown his client's innocence by supplying a motive for Casey to blame it on Zanny.

I'm surprised he got away with any of this questioning, and really don't care what his motives are in all of this, if it unearths some answers that will benefit the prosecution's case, in any way, or expose this family's blatant disregard for this precious baby, more power to him!

We know that Lee is into science fiction, or in this case, fiction, I looked stasis up in the Sci-Fi realm.
A few stories, such as The Chronicles of Riddick: Dark Fury and Farscape,[2] envision a type of stasis that allows mental processes to continue, so that a person in stasis is aware of being helplessly immobile - essentially a living statue.

I noticed on his myspace, which he hadn't logged into since 1-29, his mood is jedi with a big grin smiley. Maybe he really is a jedi and they all came from a far away planet called Iamaliar

Oh, and as to their language skills< I hate it when the Anths say "she won't tell me where she's at" grrr makes my teeth hurt!!

Or is LA lying to JM about Casey changing her story from Sawgrass to Blanchard Park,because it was proven that apt.210 at Sawgrass has been vacant for months before Caylee was taken,and that makes her look like an idiot? OR....is Casey just plain lying to everyone,and changing her stories?

That "I can tell" was great, was supposed to sound like a compliment but sounded more like a jab to me!

Good point, but I don't have a clue as to what JG might have said. I have an inexplicable, instinctive aversion to JG, one that makes me mistrust him. When he appeared a few months ago on a morning network show, my mistrust was only strengthened by his almost saintly attitude and frequent tear-shedding. I can't explain why he makes my hinky meter go off, but I may as well admit that I feel the same way about RG only more so.

Please don't flame me; I cannot change my reaction to the two men, although God knows I've tried. LOL Anyway, I avoid the subject by avoiding anything they're invoved in, including the doc dumps.

Okay...I just found this and thought it was interesting...I know that know one really believes that "the Nanny did it" BUT I keep getting stuck on the descriptions that lee gave of ZG. So I did some research and found this. If you look that the last name listed with the Date of birth being 1/11/86..it would make her early 20's. I know that she has yet to be found, but this does prove there is a 20 something year old woman by the name of ZG out there. Any thoughts?

After hearing the comments last night, yes! He had a hearing to attend at 10:30am but went with LA to begin the deposition at 9:30am expecting the deposition to be cancelled because he assumed the media would be there??? I do wonder! :waitasec:

Only if she did steal her identity. IMO, that's what Casey had intended on doing to get cash/credit next. Those tix were a mighty coincidence. BTW, we never did find out what LE took out of Casey's wallet, did we?
