I would like to know who is:

Who is CC and JC?
Who is LF and LT?
Who is DI, DR, RC, TR?
Who is B Church?
Who is LC?

I have to admit these are new names to me.

Yup, thats what I think. IMO Or it was a day she said she was in the woods when she was actually at Best buy.

IIRC....JW said she had taken her computer to Best Buy because she was having problems and needed service. I suspect, without seeing an entire report yet, that video surveillance was used to support that statement.

Until this set of docs is released I'd say look through past discovery or better yet.....just Google......it will bring up references more quickly than perusing docs. Also.....search those names as tags on the threads here and if people tagged those references properly, it will pull up past discussions.

An aside.......folks be sure to add tags when you see them missing on a thread. They will be invaluable at trial when you want to compare testimony and what we have seen prior to trial time.

They were released to the defense yesterday, but haven't been made pubilc yet. Should be very soon, though.

IIRC DP was CA's supervisor / boss???? Her statement to police was discussing that CA had told her on July 15th that there was a very bad smell in the car.
