I guess what it boils down to...at least for me...I don't think AD went over to visit her good bud Casey for simple idle chit chat.

Thats how I feel also. I think Casey had something on Annie and they wanted Annie to come over for errands. (ticket) But I am still praying she was wired. That would tickle me to death.

Just caught up on stuff. I just read up on those tickets. That makes complete sense. And information regarding the tickets have not been made public in the discovery yet has it? Because I noticed that when that topic came up in the deposition, they went on break... I'm anxious to see what comes of that.

AD using any conversation about Caylee being "home for her birthday" would have preceded ANY visit to the house, as KC wasn't even bonded out the first time until about a week after that. She was either bonded out the 15th or the 17th IIRC the first time, so Caylee's birthday was the recent chili party they were all talking about on that last 8-14 interview, right?

So that makes it look like Annie had conversations with KC prior to that.

First time. No mention of when these visits were...was there. I assumed it was early on because the As went by to get t-shirts...and AD alluded to the fact that Casey told her Caylee would be home by her 3rd birthday (never happened IMO). Ya know what they say about "assuming"? Interesting...where do you think C and G went 'cause she referenced them being away one time.

I think it was early on, during the time LP had bailed her out of jail. She was back in jail before Caylee's birthday, because we've seen the jail visit tapes of when KC and CA were talking about Caylee coming home before her birthday or in time for her birthday. So yes, Tracy would have been there.

Also, I don't think Annie was wired, because she says she met up w/G & C
and they drove her to see KC. So LE wouldn't have known ahead of time to wire her.

Did G & C do any morning shows in NY early on? I don't remember, but maybe they were away on one of the early appearances

I remember this pretty vividly because I arrived in Orlando on Aug 13 and LP had not gotten to town yet. My mom and I drove to Tampa within the next couple of days to meet relatives and I was glued to the tube waiting for her to be bailed out. I remember the umbrellas when she was leaving jail were a signal of the rain from Fay that was just beginning to really hit; I had to drive back through it later that week. So, IIRC, KC was still in jail for the first time during those August 14 interview tapes, when JB was in New York. LP came to town shortly after that to bail her out and she was out for about 10 days or so before going back. Did I get that right?

She was released from jail on bond Aug. 21, 2008 and was arrested on check fraud and returned to jail either Aug. 28 or Aug. 30th. I have read both dates and haven't been able to confirm. Please clarify if you know.

Hmmm, I wonder where Annie's mom is? Gosh, if my daughter ran that idea by me there's no way that I'd let her go over there. There was a gal with a gun in the home for Pete's sake. I truly believe this whole thing was contrived by CA. I wish I had the time to line up Dante's posts with all this coming and going. He gave a lot of insight into how the old "friends" felt.

Also, didn't Dante post here that he and Annie had both been interviewed by LE already, and yet the LE interview with Annie, that we have read, was way later than that. I wonder if Dante was also right, and Annie was interviewed by LE twice. Perhaps Annie has an attorney with her to put the cabash on the depo going where it shouldn't go (maybe LE doesn't want Morgan to question Annie in length about the "ticket"), possibly Annie's attorney "motioned" to Morgan when he thought the depo was going too far, and thus the pause in the depo. Possible?

I guess I'm one of those obtrusive moms. LOL

My daughter is almost 23. If she had a friend who had been accused of "losing" her daughter and lying to the police, I would have been on the phone in a NY minute to let her know to STAY OUT of it!! STAY AWAY!!

All kidding aside, I think there is more to these visits than meets the eye.

I, too would have been on the phone with my daughter to tell her, do not get involved with this craziness! And don't forget that GA also had a gun in his car, although we weren't always aware of that until LE came to take it away, but still...the minute I heard KC's story, I knew something just wasn't right, and if I knew my daughter was a friend of hers, you better believe I would be talking to her straight-away! :blowkiss:

Alrighty then! I guess the early stuff is all jumbled up for me. So much has happened in all this time. Thanks!

Ok...a lot of info here. So you are of the mind that Annie's working with the State or M and M are?

I think M&M are in communication with the state, if not assisting them on an unofficial level. (M&M just want the publicity, imo.)

Thats how I feel also. I think Casey had something on Annie and they wanted Annie to come over for errands. (ticket) But I am still praying she was wired. That would tickle me to death.

Me too, but I don't think Annie is cooperating.

Ya know... this all makes sense as to why AD's hat would have ended up in the trash all of a sudden. We wondered what happened between them, and now although we don't know the exact occurance, we do now know that they spent time together all during this investigation and while in and out of jail.

There's more to this story.

And AD is just too cocky! She seems fake and I think she's a good a liar as Casey.

My main issue with Annie was her need to see Casey (they hadn’t even been close for months) in order to discuss her problems. This was during a time when hundreds, if not thousands of searchers were looking for Caylee. Casey had all the answers but instead of Annie trying to help Caylee, she went over there and chatted about friends, watched movies, had a sleep over, and I assume solved the catastrophic problem she was having that trumped Caylee. Annie didn’t even attempt to get information regarding Caylee’s whereabouts and went as far as to shut her down when she started to talk (according to her). If Annie was truly afraid she would have never gone over there. I don’t buy her reason for going to the house but if it is true she went over there to discuss her problems then her actions speak for themselves.

I don’t think it’s a fair comparison of your family’s myspace pages and Annie’s. She is in the middle of a murder investigation of a 2 yr old and as such it would be nice if she had a little more decorum than to post self-absorbed messages with a “RIP Caylee” message at the bottom of them. Given the circumstances and timing of her posts, at best they are in very poor taste and disrespectful to Caylee. She is what, 22 years old? I saw one laced with profanity bragging about everyone knowing her name with the standard “RIP Caylee” message at the end. Caylee deserves better than to have her name plastered on this garbage. Annie didn’t ask a single question to help find her but she sure got all hot under the collar when Casey implicated her in distributing drugs.

I think Annie knows FAR MORE then she is saying.
I certainly do not think that selfish Casey was emotionally available to stroke Annie.
She sure asked Tonie plenty questions, She hardly knew him....
She is saying as little as she can get away with at the depo.

Unfortunately I don't think she was wired.

Last night I found and listened to AD's audio with the investigators. She was supeoned for this & came with the lawyer. I don't know how I missed this one. Anyway, it sounded like it was the 1st time she was questioned by the investigators and they questioned her about that overnight visit at Casey's.

That sounds right - she had just been released before I left FL, which was the 22nd. I am less clear on the day she was rearrested, but I remember LP saying several times it was 9 or 10 days. I'll try to confirm if I can find old news articles.

Post by Dante on 10/23.Where are these Annie interviews?

Annie does not know that guy, How would either Annie or I get that information, and no LE did not search the home of Annies parents. Annie and I have both given statements on more than one occasion, and the only relationship I have with Dancers Royale is that I am a patron

I only found the 1 (2 part) audio interview with LE in which she was supeoned on the WS site. I couldn't find this or any others on all the sites I visit for document released. Was there any other AD interviews with LE released?

Wondering if anyone can please give me a link or path to follow to find out about this ticket as I either didn't pay attention to it or missed it.

thanks

Very interesting. I'm starting to wonder if KC asked Annie to cover for her and maybe Annie's emails to Tony were even at KC's request.

Now that I have read up on those tickets, I'm inclined to believe that she went over there to talk to KC also and I don't think she went over there to talk to her about her own problems. KC had her own "stuff" to deal with. I just don't see KC opening up and tell her the truth of what had happened. KC is such a liar to everyone. I think that it's wierd that AD was 'bumrushing' TL with all of those questions in email too. If she was truly concerned in trying to find out what happened for her own knowledge in trying to figure out what was going on, I would think that she would have emailed him a nice email saying "hey remember me, we met once at Buffalo Wild Wings, could you please call me?" and tell him that she is really worried and concerned and confused about what is going on, give him her cell number, or something like that. Emailing all of those questions is strange and I would have backed off just like he did. That was wierd. To me, it almost reeks of someone putting her up to it because he didn't know her.

Also, being supoenaed to talk to LE is not good. I would have went willingly. The fact that she is all hot and mad over the statement made about her over the xanax - to me - indicates "guilt" to some degree. JMO. Why get all mad over something that you haven't done? JG doesn't seem to get all mad and hot over how they tried to implicate him in Caylee's disappearance and murder. He went willingly to the police and he answered honestly to their questions and has been on the news talking very calmly about how he couldn't believe they would implicate him.

Just doesn't make sense to me. After reading more into the discovery concerning AD, I'm with the other posters here, there's something not right about her.
