"Mr Grund was a suspect in this case." - JB

Is he for real? Geez.

  • JG's lawyer still citing more case law
  • says "fishing expedition a lot" :)
  • arguing same points about usefulness of disclosure
  • if court allows motion for any reason, court should examine documents first for relevance
  • JG understands there needs to be access - it's just too broad
  • Strickland agrees but also needs to look at 'officer privacy' case law first
  • Judge asks about former enforcement records
  • "not part of public record."
  • cites "LE Bill of Rights"
  • Conway has nothing to say (judge asked)
  • JB - whines because there are diff issues to each - I'm at a disadvantage
  • Strickland has no issue with specifics. Agrees motions are too broad.
  • Judge says - tweak the time frame
  • Judge also says too broad
  • JB interrupts
  • Points out that LE & state
  • OOOH JG under the BUS - 'suspect in this case'!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
JB... naughty boy

The interaction between Baez and KC is the most unprofessional display in any courtroom I've ever seen. It is like watching 2 jr. high kids flirting in the lunchroom.

Seriously, I have seen more serious demeanor between counsel & client when defending a bad check charge. I just cannot get over it. lol

Yeah, I'm bothered by their interaction with one another. It's really inappropriate in a courtroom.

Baez saying Jesse was a suspect in this case!!

  • "I'm not on a fishing expedition."
  • "LE has pursued this same evidence"
  • doesn't want to have to say who or WHY they want to look at these people
  • *i.e. we're going after JG till the ever-lovin' end of this farce*

New Attorney just wrote a note to Casey. Casey shook her head and folded it and put it under all of her other papers.

Jose just called Jesse a suspect!

From the beginning............Rev. Grund felt that Jesse was being set up. He was right. Why do you think he was the first one to lawyer up???? They are still going to try to pin something on him you just watch.

JB and AH were suspects? News to me.....

Apparently they are to the defense. Pathetic. I really feel for all the people who ever involved themselves with KC. Now they have to defend themselves from an attorney looking to throw one or all under the bus.

Did the Lyon just roar at the pussycat? I saw the new attorney write something to casey, who then folded up her papers and sat nice. Hmm.

JB: "Mr. Kronk doesn't have standing to object and ask for basis of request." JB keeps interrupting the judge as the judge is speaking which is a HUGE breach of courtroom etiquette.
