I hope that once ICA is convicted they will go after CA/GA for aiding and abetting or whatever the appropriate charge is. There will be no justice for Caylee until that is done. They have tried everything possible to protect her killer. I don't know how they can look at a photo of Caylee and not feel deeply ashamed.

Ooh yes Zsa Zsa. My new mantra:

Justice for Cindy, George and Lee is JUSTICE FOR CAYLEE.

BBM:

I would like to see an Obstruction charge against both Cindy and George. I think that D.C.'s states testimony just might make this happen.

Cindy and George aided and abetted Casey, IMO, and they did obstruct justice.

Hopefully, little Caylle will have full justice.

Florida summer months, it is very rare for us not to see a rain storm or thunderstorm at least once a day. Some only last a few minutes, some can last hours. I have witnessed Thunderstorms here in Florida that have been worse than any Hurricane or Tropical Storm I have been through. The lightening is awe-inspiring and scary! I can't be sure about Orlando, but I would assume that the rain that fell from Tropical Storm Fay only added to the rain that had fallen in the June, July and early part of August. Not to mention rain that had fallen after Tropical Storm Fay would keep the area flooded.

I never realized how much of a swamp Florida really is until I started really traveling. It really is just one big swamp with buildings and roads.

ETA: That was not a knock of Florida... I love my big swamp land and would never live anywhere else!

Although I've never been to Florida, I do have friends there that have talked about the almost daily thunderstorms in the summer. I'm originally from upstate NY, and it wasn't unusual to have late afternoon thunderstorms in the summer, two or three times a week. Loved those storms!

Here in California, our rain season is from Oct. 1st to April 1st, and although we do have occasional rain at other times, most of the rain comes in that six month period.

Locally, we have several areas that only need an inch of rainfall to flood, and they will stay flooded or wet for a long period of time. Our last rainfall was on January 2nd, and we had almost 8 inches of rain in the last two weeks of December before that Jan. 2 storm. One area of about 15 acres, is still under water as I type this. It probably won't completely dry out until long after our rainy season ends.

So, I can easily see where an area where there's frequent rain storms, water will collect in a low lying area and that area will continue to have water in it until the rainy season tapers off and the water can either be absorbed or evaporate.

I have no doubt that when it comes to the trial, there will be plenty of experts, searchers, and residents that will testify that the area where Caylee's remains were found was under water from the time Tropical Storm Fay hit, until late November/early December.

I think these shenanigans about whether it was under water or not is just smoke and mirrors to detract from the facts of this case.

If I were a juror, it wouldn't matter if it was under water or not. The foliage was so dense it appears you couldn't see two feet in front of you. Besides that, by the time people were searching for her, her body had been torn torn apart by the animals and nothing was left but bones.

It's a bit unrealistic to expect searchers to find tiny bones a month after the perp had time to put her anywhere, including gator infested water. That didn't stop all the wonderful searchers but the odds were stacked way against them.

I believe the area was wet but if it was dry, so what. They didn't find a tiny skeleton after a hurricane. I didn't expect them to find the body at all. Casey was all over the place that month, including some very suspicious areas near the airport.

Just because her bones weren't found right away doesn't negate all the evidence that points directly at Casey.

IMO

I had never seen this. This is the day after the grand jury indicted Casey Anthony for murder. What in the world, he says Dom has Caylee coming home soon? OMG!

[ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fhwQL1vq8AM[/ame]
He says Dominic tells him everyday that he is very , very close to bringing Caylee home any day now. George Anthony obviously is very troubled here, but for the sake of this thread, dear God what would it take for Dom to lose his license, now that his full investigation was exposed to be just pshychics? Dear God, I hope this man is NEVER hired by a family that truly does have a missing child. Shame on them all!!! They deserve one another.

NO wonder Mark stopped working for the Anthonys. How many days after he saw this little ditty did he bail? Found it.

http://www.nejamelaw.com/mark-nejame-in-the-news/anthony-family-attorney-NeJame-resigns.htm

Did you know that the Anthony billboard/tent was causing folks to boycott local businesses, and they were asked to leave their lots? [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QqHhSi92cfI[/ame]

Am I hearing this correctly....
Puerto Rico..... George says Caylee has been moved nine times, over the last three months and that Dominic will catch the person who has her what?!!!!!!
Three months later, I guess George had given up the pretense of believing Dominic was days away from bringing Caylee home when he thought of taking his life. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yIBc5Oq421U[/ame] By the way, good job Brad and great job John Allen, OCSD and the surrounding police agencies!!!!
What a mess!

ITA, TWA!! Going back and listening to the things they said 2 years ago..At the time they seemed merely strange. Listening now after knowing so many facts that were not known then, the things they said are so--- out there!

How can they live with themselves?

Here George says Dom told him Caylee has been moved nine times, what?!!!!!!

I look at Dom as just another idiot filled with greed and under Cindy's thumb. I don't believe a word out of George's mouth and even if Dom the greedy idiot told him Caylee was moved 50 times I still think George is full of chit.

He's desperate to pull his weight on the family lie-train here. So far he's the dunce who only gets to empty the tip jars and drive the CayleeIsMissing mobile in circles but mostly into the gate of his girlfriend's community. Doing his own investigation no doubt, just like his dear CEO.

So he brings this nonsense to the media - his big scoop. If he was serious for one minute he would have taken that bogus information straight to law enforcement, not stopped to bounce around like a mexican jumping bean for the cameras. I for one was not taken in by this clip. It's ridiculous! Such a Liar.

So Cindy tells LE Zanny has been in family conversation for what, 3 years and yet doesn't tell Dom to focus his efforts on, you know, finding Zanny. Can't have it both ways Cindy. Her arrest can't happen soon enough.

I wonder what the board thinks of him now?

Remember this little gem?

I wonder what Mark Feegel, who is Co-president of FAPI would say if he heard Ginette Lucas's account of their investigation, magic visions, etc. :floorlaugh::floorlaugh::floorlaugh::floorlaugh:
If the Anthonys would have paid him, I would say they have been robbed, but alas we know they did not.

I agree with all of you, that George was feeling guilty after dropping the dime on Casey in the grand jury, so he came out with this big ole bag of bs, likely at Cindy's insistance, called the press conference and went on his little mantra. Nevertheless, Dom was a slimy dude in all of this , imo. We saw in the emails he was feeding the Anthonys this crap about Puerto Rico, etc. Shame on him!
I assume George told the truth in the Grand Jury. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z7N8pDbmaqE[/ame]

Thank you, TWA, for the walk down memory lane! I had never seen the interview of George in front of the Caylee billboard (the first two videos). I was floored at so much of what he actually had the nerve to stand there and say, especially after all this time and given what we know now.

George sure likes to pat himself on the back quite a bit. At about the 2:48 mark of the first video, George says he has been called an inspiration..... he has also been called a buffoon and an <unusual person>. Why doesn't he mention that??? <snark intended>

ITA-And you wrote something very relevant: Caylee's body was tiny. As much as one would think it would stand out, her skull had to be very small in comparison with some of the other debris around, let alone the foliage, roots, divots and hills in the terrain.
It caught RK's eyeballs more than once, though, so he was able to see it for himself clearly. But again, it's like trying to point out a deer, or a boulder or a tree in the woods to a friend-sometimes they see it, sometimes they have no idea where you see it.
It's very relative to where you are standing and where your eyes focus (obvious simplification!)...But I agree, It is entirely possible no one saw anything before Roy, whether there was water or not.

:twocents: Emphasis by me because I believe that's a KEY point in the reality check that so many folks :maddening: have/had missed :maddening: when Caylee was discovered! Way too many good hearted folks:innocent: have no idea of the destructive process that decomposition leaves upon the human body and will assume that they are going to discover the victim "funeral home ready" or presented as some TVland interpretation!:banghead:

If not, it's a CLEANED up, BLEACHED/processed skull of a Caucasian female 2-3 y/o, of course enlarged to show details BUT in reality is only ~ 6.75" tall. A skull or any bone left within a sandy/silt/mud/dirt environment will begin to "weather" by staining after the "oily" condition dissipates, turning into that ecru color that one associates with the classroom skeletons. Remember also that the longest recovered bone IIRC was Caylee's right tibia @ 166 mm which factors out to about SIX (6) INCHES! :truce: IMHO as an average human being who frequently takes walks in the wooded area near my home, missing items of THAT size intermingled with woodland/swampland/trashland debris......not too hard to do; finally answering that "gut" feeling by checking out ANOTHER bag in the morass.....WAY TO GO RK! :rocker:

BTW: ALL my PERSONAL opinion, only!!!!!!! (:innocent:)

I have always held that "so what?" if searchers missed her body there on Surburban Dr. Unless you were to do a police grid search, and search every inch of that property, her body MOST LIKELY WOULD have been missed. What is it? About an acre or more of wooded area? you could walk in a straight line from front to back, and still not see what was to your left or right maybe 6 feet out.

Thank you, Joy, for that reminder! I know when I was working on models of potential placement of the duct tape on the skull, I was absolutely shocked how much of the skull would have to have been covered by those 3 pieces of duct tape, given how tiny the skull was. :(

ETA: One of my placement proposals: [ame="http://www.websleuths.com/forums/showpost.php?p=5197128&postcount=646"]http://www.websleuths.com/forums/showpost.php?p=5197128&postcount=646[/ame]

I would think once the jury sees the pictures of the remains site there will be no doubt in their minds that anyone would have missed it. I also believe that with RK's background as a bounty hunter he knew exactly what to look for. A trained eye is a valuable tool. jmo

I will never forget that map someone posted that truly showed how spread out she was. I'm sure the prosecution is going to impress that to the jury as well as how tiny her bones were. There was no way anyone was going to find her. Thank GOD RK spotted her skull. She was really a needle in a haystack by that point.

So TRUE! Within the TOTAL District 9 report, there is a subsection (N. B. a written report even!) from John J. Schultz, Ph. D. (specialist in Anthropology from ORLANDO, Fla. even) where he states that the skeleton recovery site was "flagged" into sections Area A-I. Here's a link with the ENTIRE post report.

I doubt DC actually "found" anything. He may have stepped on some bones. He may have walked past or even poked his stick at the actual remains. But there is no way he recognized them for what they were. There is certainly no way that he would have recognized a single child's small bone like that. He was looking for Hollywood evidence. He very clearly had no idea what it looks like in the real world. He was obviously not looking for random sticks on the ground (which is what actual unbleached bone looks like).

His silence is actually to be expected. he is in deep deep trouble. It has become clear to him that he is not shielded by the assumption of attorney client privilege or 'PI client privilege" or anything. he is swinging in the breeze with some serious questions being asked about how he knew the exact location of a murdered child, and what he was doing there as an agent of the presumptive murderer without contacting LE. (Not to mention filming it for possible profit?). I am sure that his lawyer has appraised him that if he so much as blinks in public or shows any signs of failing to cooperate with LE they WILL slam him with a charge of accessory to murder.

Hence he is a witness for the prosecution and not the defense. I think we will all find out exactly what and why come trial. Also keep in mind, DC apparently left the woods because he was scared of snakes, a human skull doesn't bother him apparently....

As far as Kronk goes, he went to go relieve himself in the woods and spotted a garbage bag beside his foot and kicked it and the skull fell out. I don't necessarily think he had any idea what would come out of that bag but this case having so much exposure, especially locally and Kronk working around the area of the woods, seeing the bag and kicking it out of just blind speculation or curiousity was just fated. If DC was anywhere near where Kronk was, he could have pushed the bag with his stick and found poor Caylee. I can't see how he could have possibly found anything when he went, never mind "sweep up" the evidence. If he indeed found the skull and realized this plan of removing evidence would not work considering the remains were scattered everywhere (tiny bones) he would have had to put the skull back into the bag and left....

Exactamundo! RK mentioned something about wondering if Caylee's skull was a novelty item (IIRC), and I never put that into context-If you visualize how small a 6-7" skull is, it adds a ton of perspective.

Indeed-To go back to my analogy of finding a deer in the forest: My husband hunts more often than I get out there, and he is always able to spot them well before I do.
