OMG momtective....thanks for posting that so quickly! I was looking at that and trying to figure out how to zoom in far enough to tell if that was "the" ring or not....I'm not very computer smart. So do we think that the ring in the pictures with the "big trouble" shirt and the convo with Cindy is significant? Or just coincidence?

Video 2 jail visit 25th July
CA: k, [looking confused]
KC : Things from his parents, that I can, eh [shrugs shoulders] .....pause......
CA: I have a question
KC: I can honestly say I appreciate it. Yes?
CA : Your tiffany ring...
KC: Uh hum
CA: You know the little heart ring? where is it?
KC : I dont know. i havent seen it for a long time
CA: And who gave you that ring again? i forget.
KC: Jeff [pause]
CA: Ok...uhm, we cant find Jeff
See http://www.websleuths.com/forums/showthread.php?p=3140237&highlight=Tiffany+ring#post3140237 post #2 for entire transcript.

So ...... thanks to Momtective we have identified the Tiffany heart ring and identified it on KC in this photo, which seems to be taken at Ricardo's not long (days) before Caylee disappears from the scene.

So why is CA asking about the ring, why is it missing and, why does KC lie about seeing it recently and attribute it to Jeff? What is the significance of the ring that CA was fishing for what became of it and who gave it to KC?

Did CA locate these photos in researching "ZFG's" apartment with the drums that turned out to be exactly 'just like' Ricardo's setup and this was a part of CA's research into KC's lies?

I think very significant. I also think a lot more was said in KC's bedroom after she told Lee that Caylee had been missing for 31 days. I truly believe CA made KC tell her everything and quite possibly the ring fell off when KC disposed of Caylee. Now wouldn't that be a bombshell if LE produces that ring.

So there are no dates attached to the photos so no one knows for sure when they were taken. Is that correct?

I'm frustrated about that. For all we know this is the day she died - correct?

They would have been taken after the "Beer Wench" party as the sunglasses from the party can be see on the floor in this pic

On the date that the neighbors that live on Florence Harbor Dr, Oct 9, was Casey in jail? I'm curious to know that if these screams and cries for help is when SINdy and others were possibly told about the remains. They could have been in the woods at this time. Just a thought.

Well this report was on October 9th 2008 and it wasnt close enough to Caylee remains site so not relevant.....

Precisely, WAISI. :thumb:

My final conclusion...It was all handled wrong.Terribly wrong and KC is a Terrible Terrible person. But I think it was a accident a stupid stupid accident.Shes evil and believe me Ive read every inch of this thread over and over. She put poor Caylee in the trunk and she was either overmedicated or suffocated from the heat. She did it because she had no babysitter and wanted to spend the night with her new boyfriend....She wasnt thinking clearly(not that she ever did) she was stoned or whatever Everything after is just crazy.:banghead:

Eidetic: I would be VERY interested to read about Cindy's comment re: plaid blanket if you can point me to it.

WAISI + World According = the following conclusion....

IMHO, Caylee was being/had been put down to sleep AWAY from G&C's 6/16 PM when she died.

If Eidetic locates the plaid blanket/pillow information that would further support IMHO.

ETA: "to sleep" vs. "to nap" WTH was I thinkin'. :shakehead:

Hmmmm.

I did strongly support the 'accident' theory in the early weeks and expected KC to fess up.

I do concede that KC is VERY willful and feisty and the more you press her for the truth the more she will be stubborn and not concede anything. She has a history of never telling the truth, only moderating her lies to something more acceptable.

My issue with the accident theory is that the stakes escalated from the GJ indictment onward to the DP. KC has had many opportunities to stop the madness and take the 'accident' route. The stakes could not be higher now.

Also, LA holds a secret for KC. If KC was to tell anyone it was an accident it would have been LA. She would have told LA. LA would not keep the secret if that secret was an 'accident'!!! Why risk your sister being jailed for months and facing a DP if you knew it was just an accident?

Finally, the duct tape. I do not believe that has anything to do with post mortem purposes. KC knows/knew an accident theory would not fly even before Caylee was discovered. She has to go for broke.

:waitasec: Well...not to toot my own horn or anything....
But I remembered (somehow in my crazy, jumbled mind) that there was a convo about jewlery at some point between CA and KC...
It was all you genius peeps :blowkiss: that remembered the details and found the conversation:thumb:... especially momtective, who found the picture and blew it up for us:clap:!
I think I reached my thinking/remembering limit on the whole jewlery convo thing  I was lucky to remember that... and dunno how I managed to have sense enough to make the connection!
So...since I've reached my smart limit for the day (and probably used up all my luck, too) I'm gonna hope that some of you guys have some suggestions about the significance/importance of the ring and convo between KC and CA. :crossfingers:
One thing that does seem weird to me is that (IIRC) Jeff doesn't even exist. So how could he have given her the ring if he doesn't exist? And how could he have recommended the nanny (who doesn't exist, either) to KC? Where did the ring come from in the first place and where is it now? Why was CA wondering about a stupid ring being missing when CAYLEE was missing? WTH??!!

This photo is taken at a different time though than those with the guitar game since they both have longer hair in those photos.

I'm not really sure that the glasses tell us anything other than that someone had a pair of goofy glasses and they wore them at a party. They could have purchased them months before the party and they could have kept them for months after the party. Not trying to mess up anybody's theory or anything... they just look like some kind of party favor you'd get at the dollar store... something that anybody/everybody might have laying around the house.

I know CA asked some leading questions of KC in those jail videos. Like ZFG's apartment, that it looked like Ricardo's but CA tried to entrap KC in her mode of questioning and KC quickly recovered by claiming that ZFG's and Ricardo's have the same setup.

I see the Tiffany ring being treated the same way, CA was seeking info from KC and trying to entrap her while trying to be clever and not reveal it to everyone.

In those early jail videos it was obvious that KC's parents were investigating and seeking answers before it all changes and they go into lockdown and history re-invention.

It is significant though given Caylee was missing, maybe CA thought it was a connection to ZFG?

We are thinking along the same lines, for sure!
Do you think that this "coincidence" is worthy of it's own thread? Or should we continue posting about it here?

Not messin' up my theory...I have several dozen at the moment:crazy:

Probably needs it's own thread. I'll run see if there is already one specifically for the Tiffany jewelry.

Great points Cecy!! The only items of evidentiary value would be the paper towels. I would think because they are absorbent, it would be difficult to retrieve fingerprints from them.
...and even though no prints were reported on Item #1-cherry coke can...it seems to be the only item to go into "evidence". I'm curious as to why.

The ring discussion has always been pretty significant to me because IMO Cindy asked her about the ring for the same reason she asked about the picture where Caylee is playing the drums. She told Casey she "knows who's house it is".. that it was not Zannie's apartment, it's Ricardo's apartment. I think the question about the ring and the "we can't find Jeff" were Cindy's way of telling Casey she knows she's lying. Even though Cindy claims (to the press and LE) to believe and love her daughter and will back her up no matter what, mommy dearest just had to throw her new found facts in Casey's face.

Nothing Cindy does is about love it's about proving to her daughter that she's (Cindy, not Casey) the smart one, the one who always wins. These things have always been proof to me that Cindy does not think Casey is innocent in this, she just decided for whatever reason that she'd cover for her again... but she couldn't even do that lovingly.

There have been discussions in the past about the ring. Prior to starting a new thread maybe search for the old?

There it is..the Tiffany ring and bracelet

What's the likelihood that they're real? I guess nobody came forward saying they were missing any jewelry, huh? I'm wondering if RM found it in his/Zanny's apt. That whole convo Cindy had seemed designed to root out truth from fiction. JMO

ETA: oops sorry OLG...I see you referenced the same thing.
