LDB talking about Casey being asked to go to universal studios. From LE's perspective, this was all for information that would enable them to locate Caylee Anthony.

Det. Melich looks so composed, there is a troll behind him though; and both George and Cindy are chewing hard on that cud.

LDB pointing out that Melich gave her her phone and then LEFT! He said he wanted her to be able to use her phone and left - another break in the chain that would make one reasonably believe they were in custody.

And Casey did use her phone..she sent out a Mass Text telling her friends Caylee was missing..
Also in Ryan Pasley's LE interview he states Cindy called him at 8:30 am July 16 and he spoke with Casey at 10am on July 16..giving him the story about Zenaida, and Jeff...

LDB: Sat in the front, not cuffed of her own free will under her own power. and went to a theme park. ICA being the person in control of the situation directed LE to the lot, as she leads them, engages individuals as they go through the park.

It was Ms. Anthony in control of these circumstances.

The pathway through the "theme park" was directed by Miss Anthony who was in control of the situation - if they are controlling where everyone is going and what they are doing they cannot reasonably feel they are in custody.

If Caylee had a chance, she would pull at the three pieces of duct tape across her mouth and nose and her mother can't even handle a turtleneck. Imagine if a DP sentence is handed down and carried out...
