i don't know if anyone answered you yet and I too am trying to get time entered and get billing done as my people are in a 2 week long trial and only have this weekend. ARRGH.

This is a def witness and is he their expert?? As far as this morning, JB has been above par, JA has had it, Your Honor has had it and told them to go to the atm during lunch because he's had it and will fine them $100 for whoever speaks without saying objection first.

((I'd have to rank it as a must see hearing - if you get a chance to watch later)).

LOL You too? We have to have our time entered by the 4th of next month for all of March. I enter all my time every single day, it makes it easier than having to scramble at the end of the month. Keeping track of billables suck. I feel for you though.

i published my graduate research and i had 3 prof's wanting to sign onto my work that they never did any work on whatsoever. i allowed 1 to help and add her name at the bottom and kept the one prof who was working with me all along on after my name. in my situation it was up to me and my co-publisher.

Also, I agree 100% that this witness watched Dr. Vass' testimony.
