Chiquita, thanks for explaining the Perry Plan - I just came on and they were breaking for lunch! Morning soccer game. I was getting worried about finding people willing to serve on this jury!
I really appreciate all of the wonderful WS'ers who post a running commentary for those of us who cannot watch this because of RL interference!

I don't think it was a waste at all. I'm guessing it felt really good for her to be able to express her opinion and distaste for ICA - very cathartic. And she did it in such an extremely eloquent manner while giving her a grand slap in the face at the same time. Awesome.

As one who lost a daughter, I'm in tears for her. I applaud and admire her. Blessings to her.

So ICA got to hear that she was guilty what, 5 times in a row this morning, and then once and most eloquently again right before lunch. And she showed NO REACTION. She was animated, responsive and downright flirty while Facebook/book deal dude was up there. She makes me sick. :maddening:

O/T Mods with my apologies - a very dear friend called me last night just before midnight to tell me her husband, who I am also close to - (these are the kind of friends you go to Thanksgiving dinner with, have over on Boxing day, etc., dear friends) called to say her husband who has been having medical problems has been given two to six months to live. So very sad. That means with that news and less than five hours sleep, I may be" off point" today.

I hate calls like that.....just put me back to hearing that news about my sister.....that was painful--and she wasn't having anything major....and she always refered to her friends as "dear".....God Bless you and your friends....painful!:tears:raying::grouphug::hug:

Good Morning Everyone! Just got to sign on a bit ago after doing some cleaning....started listening just in time to hear HHJBP say, "I'm not going to say that the judge knows best, but I will." and then "Next week we're going on the Perry plan."

I love this man! LOL Is Mason there today or did he take the day off?

Mott the Hoople . . . OMG! Loved that album . . . (showing our ages dear) and you have me singing. At least I can sing while unpacking for the next hour.

Listening to the PJ that lost her son in a car accident made me so angry at ICA and anybody else that abuses and murders a child.

That poor woman and family. To carry that pain with you forever and there are people out there that toss their kids out like trash.

Let me tell you, I can relate to that juror, and what she said was cathartic for me, too. It was like she was speaking for all parents who've lost their beloved children to death. Seeing ICA's response/lack of response only told me what I've known all along.

I think her number was 1394 (pls correct me if I am wrong).

She also deserves to be in the HUMAN hall of fame.

I'm pretty sure it was 1398 because she is the crisis counselor.
