Awww, he looks after the elderly he must be a good guy and he sounds so soulful.

I could be wrong, but when LDB was questioning him and asked if he had discussed the case, he said know. She then asked, what he DID talk about and he again said he hadn't talked about it. She asked AGAIN and I think that put him on the defensive as if he was lying. I love the the State, but I do have to give it to the DT for making the PJs feel more at ease.

When AF brings up the victim impact statements I'm always curious how those are going to go since the vicitm's family is also the accused's family and they appear to be more in favor of protecting ICA than getting justice for Caylee.

ten minute recess and then we are going to find out if hes hiding anything.:waitasec:

I have to say, I'm not all that suspicious that he walked into the wrong room. I can see myself doing the same thing, if that's what I thought I was told.
I thought so too at first - but.......................he was there last Wednesday. He knew there was a general "holding room" for the pj's. He was in it. Nope, I'm just getting a bad vibe from this one.

And now all of a suuden a recess in the middle of questioning? What sup with dat?

Seems that ICA has been scribbling while AF was questioning this PJ.

I think he reacted to Linda a little because she was asking him questions, of which, he couldn't elaborate any further when he says he didn't watch TV or something to that point.

So how come he didn't have gas yesterday, but managed to get it today? Didn't he think it was important enough to ask for gas money to show up to the court yesterday?

I just think there's more to it than that.

Yeah, but for all we know someone dropped him off there as a favor...he didn't specify that he drove today.

He did show up earlier in the week, and today, so I am willing to give himthe benefit of the doubt:)

It's hard to tell how this guy feels, and what he thinks, and I think that's exactly the way he wants it - not just for this questioning, but just generally in his life, as part of his personality. Doesn't want people knowing what's going on in his head.

I'm not seeing that at all. People who don't tweet, facebook, post on websites, watch TV reality shows etc. are not used to discussing what thoughts are running through their heads any second of any day. Those of us who do - do understand. This guy does not even own a computer and I wonder if he even has a cellphone.

To me, he seems to wonder if they think he is being dishonest when they keep asking him the same question over and over again.

Just listened to Mr. Ashton's questioning and yes it does sound like he needs to be a little more personable to the PT. A kind voice goes a long way and I think thats especially true in the courtroom. Still, I get a bad vibe from this one just cannot put my finger on why...

Let me start by saying I love the SA team, however they need to learn to be a little more personable with PJ. The D/T kind of puts PJ at ease and CM has that "folksey" thing going,AF has that 'auntie" thing going,JB has that I'm cool thing going. IMHO the SA is so "strict" they need to loosen up and be more personable. My grandmother used to say you get more flies with honey than you do with vinegar. JMHO:twocents:

Have to say I agree with you.

I'm having an "It's Pat" moment.

I honestly don't know - is the person questioning the juror right now - a man or a woman?

:giggle: yes, we've all had that moment....
She's a female.

I've thought about this, too. Do they talk about how awful the pain of losing their granchild is and really give it to Casey or do they soften it and try to plead for mercy on Casey's behalf? It's got to be a hard position for them to be in, regardless of what anyone feels about them.

That confuses me too. Does she know something we don't know about who is going to be giving victim impact statements? I would think that would be the least of the defense's worries. Obviously CA and GA are probably going to give impact statements for Casey. I don't know if there's anyone to give an impact statement for Caylee? Unless I'm wrong?
