I've got a feeling the defense won't want him either but will they show their hand?
I thought so too at first - but.......................he was there last Wednesday. He knew there was a general "holding room" for the pj's. He was in it. Nope, I'm just getting a bad vibe from this one.I have to say, I'm not all that suspicious that he walked into the wrong room. I can see myself doing the same thing, if that's what I thought I was told.
So how come he didn't have gas yesterday, but managed to get it today? Didn't he think it was important enough to ask for gas money to show up to the court yesterday?
I just think there's more to it than that.
Maybe the HHJP had to go...A 10 min recess ALREADY??????????????
It's hard to tell how this guy feels, and what he thinks, and I think that's exactly the way he wants it - not just for this questioning, but just generally in his life, as part of his personality. Doesn't want people knowing what's going on in his head.
Let me start by saying I love the SA team, however they need to learn to be a little more personable with PJ. The D/T kind of puts PJ at ease and CM has that "folksey" thing going,AF has that 'auntie" thing going,JB has that I'm cool thing going. IMHO the SA is so "strict" they need to loosen up and be more personable. My grandmother used to say you get more flies with honey than you do with vinegar. JMHO:twocents:
I'm having an "It's Pat" moment.
I honestly don't know - is the person questioning the juror right now - a man or a woman?
When AF brings up the victim impact statements I'm always curious how those are going to go since the vicitm's family is also the accused's family and they appear to be more in favor of protecting ICA than getting justice for Caylee.
