Just a heads up -
Nancy Grace is supposed to have special coverage of the case this evening beginning at 7 (and again at 10) pm ET.

We have Dish Network and I checked the guide...it's not listed, but I am recording every program listed from 6PM-9PM Central, which is 7-10pm Eastern.

I needed to do that after recapping Jose/CM through out the voir dire and into the trial. For me, it is "beyond obvious" what they are doing. That is all they do. When people say the defense "made a good point" I admit I am at a total loss.

I am sure it is because some of it is over my head, but mostly all I hear is desperation and the crazy making. The truth is the truth. Facts are facts.

Jose is fighting a lost battle, imho. Maybe this type of tactic has worked before, oh I know it has worked before but in the words of my beloved Utada Hikaru "Nothing's like before."

Having at one time been married to a person who is almost exactly like Casey Anthony, I completely understand and recognize what she is doing when she speaks/lies. Be very sure of this; she is NOT insane or crazy. She is a manipulater and an accomplished bs artist. She will repeat back phrases & thoughts to the person who is questioning her as a way of directly answering a question but it also serves the purpose (in her mind) of giving that person what they want to hear. When they are fully backed into a corner they use a type of self efacing put- down to wiggle sideways away from being totaly nailed on thier lie. You can see this in her 911 call when she says "which was stupid" & at Universal when she says " I was reaching in a backwards way".

Something I never caught till yesterday was the way she was talking about why she wanted her private meeting only with her dad. I now feel THIS was when she began plotting to find a way to set him up.

There have been many theories mck, one was to stage kidnapping, another is to keep fluids from expelling, sorry so gross. There are lots of old threads on duct tape.

Just wanted to pop in and say that as a life long Orange County resident and tax payer, I am extremely proud of the Orange County Sheriff's Office personnel who I have seen testify in the last several days. They have all come across as extremely professional individuals who are prepared, articulate and respectful! I just love CSI Bloise' and his lovely accent. At first I thought it was going to be a hinderance in getting the technical info to the Jury, but he actually was so kind and gracious and easy to listen to. The same with his supervisor, Mike Vincent this morning. They did a wonderful job of explaining their very important contributions to this case. I'm sure these people NEVER thought they would be under such National scrutiny. I'd like to send them my heartfelt thanks for their dedication to seeking and obtaining justice for sweet baby Caylee. Hugs and kisses.

Since we're on the subject of hair, does anyone know why in one of the first video's CA was asking ICA about when the last time she cut Caylee's hair was and when the last time was that she had cut or colored her own hair? :waitasec:

I wonder about that too. KC's hair was dark brown/blk and shortish in June of 2008, everyone agree? Very different from Caylee's color.

Hey! Nobody here wouldn't want to give me what I want would they? And if you would then isn't it true that you knew, you knew exactly what it was you were knowing? You did, can you just answer my question, you did-didn't you?

And, it was you-wasn't it who allowed that to happen? You are not very good at what you do, are you? You have failed in your responsibilities before, haven't you?

All that you follow and adhere to in your daily job is not correct, correct? When you are saying that someone is an expert you do not mean they should be listened to, correct? All of the methods you use to do your job are suspect, are they not?

And the science, well, (laughing so hard at you...so hard...) is not science at all. Is it Miss whoever...I am over here can you stop looking at the jury and tell me what I want to hear...tell me what I want this jury to hear and that is that nothing that you do is science. It is junk. Your job is junk. The people that do studies that you have been involved in do not know what they are doing, or you are just trying to state that to bolster your point.

That is what you want, isn't it? To bolster YOURSELF so you seem better? So that what you say is taken to have merit? You offer your opinions based on what? And you presume to offer those opinions even though you know, you KNOW it is based on nothing.
