[Friday]

Personally, I say "garbage" (now listen kiddies, this is important! haha) :floorlaugh:, when there is actual garbage in the container, such as meat, scraps of veggies, already cooked noodles...ie. actual FOOD products.

I say "trash" when just paper products, cans, empty food packages.

That's my way of distinguishing one from the other, too. Are you a midwesterner, by chance?

I am from the South and that is how I do it too. Garbage is food waste and trash is paper, etc. not 'wet'.

I'm confused. How does this work?:

Wouldn't the hair on the head get deathbands as well because as it stays on the head after death, it would show that kind of decomposition?

Or, did it get yanked out by the duct tape pre-mortem? Is that what they are trying to say? Confusing.

Did any of the hair on the skull have death banding and was any of it compared to the one found in the trunk?

I wrote this quite a bit earlier in the day - there was a much better and more studious explanation offered by Hot Dogs, later that corrected much that in my premature enthusiasm I overlooked - I will try to find it and repost it here.

Of course, but then you'd have to assume that the tape pulled out all of the hairs prior to Caylee's death. How could that be proven? I'd think some hairs may stay in despite the tape until after death. (Ugh - poor baby girl.)

Dr G stated that the tape was applied pre-decomposition....

I'm also in the 'duct taped while alive' camp. One of my theories is ICA chloroformed Caylee to either put her to sleep or make her be quiet, but it didn't last very long, and so she put the duct tape on her in a rage.

If the goal was to duct tape her to keep her quiet, why would someone cover the nose too? Only to smother her, I believe. Maybe she chloroformed her and realized how easy it would be to apply the tape and end it all right then and there. Maybe no rage involved, just a methodical step in a process.

Since we're on the subject of hair, does anyone know why in one of the first video's CA was asking ICA about when the last time she cut Caylee's hair was and when the last time was that she had cut or colored her own hair? :waitasec:

While we're somewhat on the subject about making this a better experience for everyone, any idea why the margins keep getting blown out? I've ended up skipping pages of posts because it is so irritating to have to scroll back and forth to read. Thanks in advance.

If I remember the agent said it was sent for mitochondrial testing. And then the testimony stopped and JA didn't pursue it. I just thought I missed it.

Only other thing would be to tape her after she had died to make it look like she was abducted by someone other then ICA.

but im with the she was sedated and taped up and tossed in the trunk alive KC went clubbing and Little Caylee died while mom was out having a grand Bella Vita LIFE. JMO

Yes, the hair that was left on Caylee's head would have death bands.
Whether it was still detectible after all that time and environmental conditions I do not know.

The hair found on the duct tape was pulled from her head while she was still alive - that's the way I read it anyway.....
