Judge Perry thinks ICA is guilty, I'm sure of it. Let any evidence in that will prove it Judge!
 
I am SO GLAD he went into all of that. I think it's going to go a long way to prevent appeals.
 
Maybe I am missing something? I don't see the point anyway. It has already been proven by DNA that it is Caylee. Is the skull being superimposed on a picture of her face to prove that it was her? Or is it to show the placement of the duct tape in relation to her face?

I was afraid someone would ask. I'm terrible at doing searches (which is why I don't post much, but I got giddy about this proffer).

BJB posted about the 4 pieces of duct tape, and with lots of measurements and analysis, had a very simple drawing of a face with the duct tape placed over it. He was speculating about the sequence of the placement of the tape over Caylee's face.

PS--the tape covered eyes, nose and mouth.
