When the defense testimony is getting to be a bit much I suggest this - mute the station you are watching, then put some Broadway musical recordings. I've got South Pacific on right now and it works wonders! And at times it oddly synchs up with what's going on in the courtroom.

JA's cross:

"Without putting the cart before the horse..."
"Let's make one thing clear - you do NOT use live cadavers, correct?"
"And you are not a chemist, are you not?"
"Are you a doghandler?"
"Do you talk to yourself?"
"No further questions"

I wish they could ask this guy on cross "have you or would you drive around with your 'subjects' in the trunk of your car?"

Is he reading his entire dissertation?

"Rain greatly reduces or stops insect activity. "

Wasn't there a typhoon during the time Caylee was out there?

I sure hope JA asks him if the trunk smelled like a decomposing body!

I am seriously rolling on the kitchen floor laughing. Thank you all for keeping me company during this debacle.

I am so glad this jury is from Florida. Comparing a Florida June to a Nebraska September is asinine and all us Floridian's know this!

OK but did this guy have a "freshly" deceased body in his "fake" car?

And it wasn't in Florida - wasn't that a BIG DEAL to Baez with various State's witnesses?

wrong month
wrong weather
wrong car
wrong climate
wrong STATE
and the pig was in there for 10 days. Caylee was not in the trunk for 10 days.

Coffin Fly: I prefer junkyard cars to white Pontiac Sunfire's because...well, never you mind why!! Let's just say that I do, mmmkay?

The photo was taken on day 10 in September.

Of course they knew, IMO.

Also - I read in the Attorney thread that Baez was not under obligation to inform LE, strange as that sounds.

Perhaps not legally, but morally... the good people that continued to search for Caylee, the emotions of all involved, and the LE resources wasted.
