So far he's boring the jury with IRRELEVANT boring facts. He did his study on LIVING human beings

He better watch it because I'll bet the jurors are resenting him and thinking about how he and his client are gonna make them miss the 4th of July.

#5 Inability to manifest appropriate courtroom behavior

is among the things the competency hearing will normally look at

I still think Casey must have made some remarks about how great the trial was going or the plans she has made for after this is over, and CM realized she was living in her own little world...

Is this the witness that said JA was rude to him when he went to his office or was that Dr. Rodriguez?

Back to Baez U again. Not accredited in the US, by the way.

JB must not have gotten the big box of crayons as a kid. He is so fixated on color coding everything....charts....markers....files......ties.....pocket squares.

JB's X-Mas List

Helicopter (recall jury selection)
Chemistry Set with chloroform kit included
Box of 164 Crayola Crayons

That chart is just too "busy". I don't think the jury will or can find it useful. IMO....
