I think this family has learned the "hard way" that lying does not pay!!!

Camperlengo: Someone hit enter button on patient record at 2:27 p.m. on Mar. 21, 2008.

by oscaseyanthony via twitter at 1:22 PM

Camperlengo said it was under #CindyAnthony user ID. #CaseyAnthony

JC says they can't exactly tell you what was done (identity of patient) but can show activity done by person who was logged in terminal.
by cfnews13casey via twitter at 1:22 PM

We don't need to know what she did. Just that she was sitting at that box in the office, hitting the enter key.

I would love to see a timeline showing the chlorofirm searches with timestamps, versus the office activity. :)

I can see JB already "Is it possible, sir, for someone else to use a computer that has been logged into by somebody else?"

Grrrrrrr

Sure, but the jurors will see through this as CA trying to cover-up for ICA so she does not get the ultimate penalty. IMO. MOO. Is it possible, sure.... but if I was on the jury, I would totally get what CA's mistruthful testimony was all about. Totally. IMO. Common Sense. MOO.

My own feelings about Cindy have been ever-changing. I have felt something close to hatred, anger, sympathy and then now I have settled on pity.

She is a broken person who will be haunted by what she tried to pull. While I am glad her lies have helped accentuate her daughters premeditation.

She is pitiful and I do have pity.

I agree.

I still think CA lied about this back when she actually BELIEVED ICA was innocent and was trying to cover her butt so that the SA and LE would focus on someone else. Having done that, she had to support that testimony on the stand so as not to perjure herself.

I don't think she was trying to defend ICA during this trial...I believe she tried to stick as close to the truth as she could during testimony without perjuring herself.

JMHO

There is no way CA can explain her way out of this one. If JB does sure-rebuttal and calls her to the stand it will only be to get it on the record that he did not know she was going to lie so he can protect his own azz.

wow - Sabarnes Oxley/ Enron - we rollin with the big dogs now

can this get weirder (oh yes, I know it can...)

George wrote in his suicide letter that Cindy was "smarter" than him.

I wouldn't say "smarter" George, just slyer than you.

ITA. CA has never struck me as the brightest bulb on the tree. Narcissists just think they're smarter than everyone else. They will continue to think that regardless of the evidence presented to the contrary.

Cindy knew that she was lying on the witness stand and so did Baez. He admitted as much to HHJP. He'd best watch his next move with Mrs. A. or he will be charged with suborning perjury. jmo

I agree with you so much. If she could only show (and, presumably, feel) a bit of humility, I think it would go a long way to starting the healing process. As long as she stays stuck in that smug "I'm right and the rest of the world is wrong" mentality she'll get little sympathy. More importantly, she'll never be able to heal from any of this.

They can hardly say someone else did it. The gentleman said they have the records of the patient's files that were worked on. I'm sure those patients were the responsibility of primarily Cindy Anthony.

Yes... it is possible but highly unethical.

Geesh, she pick the wrong thing to lie about. I mean this documentation is crazy detailed. This is worse that the tow company manager having extensive experience with trash, garbage and human decomp smells.

Just thought of this angle: Gentiva was prolly royally ticked at hearing what Cindy said because it hurts their reputation so it was a 2-edged sword to get this info out there.

A) Slaughter Cindy's lies

B) Protect Gentiva's reputation

But why would she do that?
CA: "Here's my username & pw, keep me looking busy at work according to computer tracking, so I can go home and look up chlorophyll for my sick dogs"

She has no reason to give anyone her information, because what she claims to be doing at the time, shouldn't have needed any covering up.

I was thinking along the lines that maybe she told someone the info so they could maybe check something CA did for a patient.I was just throwing things out there as to what JB will come back with.

He is not an IT guy, heck he's not even a chemist. he IS however, chief compliance officer...lol

Juror 16 is leaning back and resting his head on back wall.

All of us at Gentiva worked together in a work sharing program. We gave each other our passwords and covered for each other on a regular basis. If we had to leave the office for some personal business we just got someone to cover. We were all salaried and our manager knew what we were doing. That is why I enjoyed working there so much.

Really? Is this a common practice at Gentiva? Thanks.
