Anyone think LDB finishing up tomorrow right before jury instructions and deliberations is a huge break and good for the state?

JB and CM were eating up the day with their grandstanding and filibustering with the intent to wear out and tire the Jury leaving the SA in a bad situ for their final closing ... Due to late hour and focus.

HHJBP saw right through it and handed a gift to both SA and justice for Caylee. Now the SA get more time to craft a rebuttal and start a new day with a fresh recharged Jury with no end of day time limit and get the final word on a new day = new page.

A gift from heaven thanks to the DT not knowing when to stop and HHJBP being fair handed.

I am watching him on Issues with JVM. I figure he must be part of the lawyer parade. I will see if they put a label on him if he is on again. He has been on for a couple of weeks bouncing around the shows

CM seemed like he took a long time.....like a root canal does. And then the judge asked how the jury was doing and some said very tired so he released them. Prosecution has about 2 hours and 20 minutes left. Think they are splitting it.

GA and CA said the picture wasfrom 2001,10 years ago!. JB would only concede ICA was 16 or 17. In 2001 she would have been 14 or 15. Why does JB think no one will call him out on this stuff? TG HHJP did not let it in. :maddening:

more than happy to take complete control of caylee. she would also save

Ah,but Cindy also wanted to control Casey ,IMO.She tried very hard to do both. On the other hand ,she really had no control over Casey since Casey's entire life was a lie.

I read that when Casey was first put in jail she was in a glass-walled cell so she could be watched; has she been in there the whole three years, do we know?
(That would probably rule out the latest rumor of pregnancy, if nothing else...)

Did JB and CM look deflated or shocked when the judge called it a day? I really think their plan was to have the sate go late when the jury was tired.

The iorny of that is he accused the State of flip flopping on how she died. I am sure that is not lost on the jury.

He accused the SA of all the things he is/was actually doing.........he threw it all back on them. He really insulted the state alot today. I could not believe when I heard him say the SA was just throwing everything out there hoping something sticks....Uh,that's what he's doing.......... he was describing himself :floorlaugh:

And to top it off he called his own client a $lut................
