CWW thinks if he leaves is primary cell back home in MO, he's covered his butt. Riiiiight. Like nobody would've ever considered they used burner phones? And CWW and MS think we (much less, LE!) would see through the obvious code phrase "brother from another mother" was a directive to switch from chatting on their primary cells and use the burner phones? And CWW AND JR both go INSIDE the Walmart? yeah, why would they want to avoid security cameras? It's not only stupid, they acted so bold & brazen it's almost insulting.

So much more....I can't recall it all right now.

And CWW claims he worked for Homeland Security? If that pans out to be true, God help us ALL.

I understand people can be snowed, or people can 'change' but please- this guy was a criminal from way back when and everyone and their brother knew it- CWW made sure of it- it was part of his proud persona.

In a Sept. 10 interview with Rodgers at a federal detention facility in Missouri, before he was moved to Illinois, Rodgers was told of the murder charges he faced.

Rodgers responded: “In the state of Missouri, second degree murder is punishable by 15 to 20 years and I’m okay with that.”

What an idiot that JR is! Stupid S#!t don't even realize that he won't be tried in MO; but FL. Guess what dip wad - Second Degree Murder in Florida is "Maximum of life in prison; Minimum of 25 years if a firearm is used, otherwise a minimum of 10 years under sentencing guidelines for a person with a clean record." And you ain't gotta clean record. Hope that's ok with you! Ugggggh!

I just got back on the threads this evening and I'm not caught up, but I have to post HUGE HUGS to everyone here...especially to the insiders who have to be emotionally drained and sickened...and to our mods for an amazing job. ETA: Above all, my heart and hugs go out to Teresa's daughters and family. I'm so sorry. There are no words.

I'm not surprised, but I am shocked by the utter depravity and hubris of these three men. CWW's wife has taken "stand by your man" to new levels. Thankfully her friend, her mother and JR's girlfriend have a conscience.

My biggest concern right now is for those two little girls. Like Josh Powell, a man who kills his wife will have no hesitation to harm his children when he is about to lose everything. I pray for their safety, as I have from the beginning. Poor babies.

It still does not make sense to me. In most cases i have followed, they arrest and then the media is informed. Surely he could commit suicide or murder the two girls in the meantime. Apparently, they are waiting for him to flee which will prove his guilt but it appears that they have enough evidence on him already.

Is this usual in such cases in USA? This is the first time that I have observed that the media have released the evidence before an arrest.

IDK, but since you mentioned SMS - I'd like to ask everyone to keep him in their thoughts & prayers as well. I know that the safety and security of those girls are his #1 priority. I'm sure he has a lot on his mind right now as well. Let's all just channel good thoughts....

Something I have been thinking about for a while. As much as we all want to know the facts. Eventually we will. Be careful what we ask for...we will get it. Yet Teresa's daughters will at some point grow up and find that her Mother was killed by being hit in the head with a hammer 17 times in their home and quite possibly at the bequest of their father. Things that only Horror films are made of.

I've been upset for hours now reading through the details. I didn't know Teresa, but I don't have to have known her to be sick to my stomach that anyone would have another killed let alone a man that married you, had children with you and shared a home with you....marriage has its ups and downs, of course, but to think someone could possibly do this to you....your spouse of all people. (Yes, I know it happens ALL the time. Though I'll never ever wrap my head around it.)

I've been in tears and feeling sick since I started reading here this evening, but Beach this made me smile. So True!

Wow - this news brought me back to this case. Followed it for a few months and after would look it up once in a while to see if there were any new developments.

What I don't understand, with all the insurance policies he had on her, why bring negative attention to himself with the many Go fund me requests, hours after she died????

Was he having an affair with someone from her office???

With all the money he was expecting to get - why continue the business - instead of taking the high road and saying something to the effect that: No one can replace my beloved wife and out of respect for her the office is closing, instead it seems that he made it difficult for people to get their files and tried desperately to make part of it still functional.

He was probably in denial or thought he could employ another doctor to take over the practice and he could make a profit out of that.

He simply knew that the cops gave him the look immediately upon his arrival home. Just like we did when we first heard of the way she was found while he was out of town by whoever started the very original Teresa thread.

So Mark knew by the look that it was going to be a bumpy ride and that fundme may be needed just in case.

I'm only this far catching up but wanted to reply to your post, Whickswi. IMO, LE certainly does have enough to arrest MS on probable cause and more. BUT, they may be waiting on some forensics to come in that will give them an airtight case. That is a double edged sword though. Some of us sat right here on WS the afternoon Josh Powell burned his poor innocent little boys to death. We watched the flames on live feed. That was so hard to believe and accept. Most of us felt he was completely unhinged and had murdered Susan and later decided to take the boys and himself out in the most horrific way. I am so afraid for those little innocent girls if they are indeed in the house with MS. Somehow I do not think they are, or LE would have gotten them out of there, IMO. I think LE will make the arrest very soon. Meanwhile, MS is sitting there dreading LE's arrival and slowly becoming more and more unhinged. Surely, surely, (please God) the girls are not there with him!

It also could be that LE wants to arrest him and have to wait for the go-ahead from the DA's office. I have seen that happen.

*This total hatred I feel for MS and all involved in this horrible, horrible murder is surely going to send me to hell. I cannot help but feel hatred and furor.

Thank you for saying this! I'm not feeling like being polite! I could barely contain myself reading the "defense of CWW" that this VI friend of MS brought to a thread. It was so wrong and so inappropriate in the context of this case, even though he was mostly verifying that the claims of brilliance on CWW's resume were true. Why was it necessary to rush in to defend the brain of a man already arrested for a brutal murder, and suspected of another (Ronnie Bolin's)? Actually, I don't think I want to hear anything he has to say now. Just thinking about it makes me :furious:

I also cannot imagine how he must feel knowing all he knows and probably wanting to arrest MS long ago but has to be patient. SMS has my utmost respect and prayers!

The penny has now dropped! Perhaps the strategy is now to reveal to MS what they know and observe his behaviour but also others might come forward and reveal more of what they know about him now.

I just fear for his daughters in the meantime.
