I really think we need to stay away from speculating and/or guessing what the possible medical condition of one of the daughters is. JMO

Under Charges it states... HOMICIDE (MURDER DANGEROUS DEPRAVED WO PREMEDITATION)

Why "WO PREMEDITATION"? Maybe evidence has to be presented at a pre-trial hearing showing that it was 'premeditated' THEN the prosecution goes to trial trying MS on Premeditated Murder charge????

NOTE: pleased to see video of MS in LSCO designer garb. Another B**** Stole My Look! JMO.... JR Wore It Best

Shout out to Dmacky.... Merry Christmas!

Not premeditated huh
That's gotta change later

Absolutely gorgeous sunny day in BS today...I believe it is TS shining down on us!! :cheer:

In light of MS being behind bars....could the next document dump have more info on MS? The missing stuff?

We already know he's a , Narcissistic psychopath so I'm sure docs will confirm that and more...

Just curious...

Sheriff mentioned more will be made public but I think, JMO, all will not & would not be released publicly due to pending trials.

In Florida, only a grand jury can initiate charges for first-degree premeditated murder. I fully expect that to happen in this case.

Actually, now that everyone's been arrested, we should end up seeing just about all the evidence, due to the Sunshine Laws.

March 28th.........what a day! IIRC that is the same day as the Moorer's and David Eisenhauer/Natalie Keeper........also and now this creep!

AZlawyer..... Thanks. I knew the GJ had to do that but makes sense to me now that 'premeditated' would make it 1st degree.

Special Thanks to all Verified Attorneys here! Great to be able to bounce questions here regarding legal issues & how things work.

Well don't you think when CWW stated he pled guilty for the "planning and participation" in killing TS- he himself indicated premeditation. I get the legal term BUT that comment did not get by us.

And since his birthday is this coming Wednesday March 2, this might just be the best birthday he's ever had. toot toot

How about a big birthday party for all of us to celebrate!!!

I'll bring the leg shackles.....

I can't believe that the state really thinks that MS may get life insurance money to post bail. There's not a snow balls chance in hell that's going to happen.

I hope that they are not disingenuous like this during trial because it could backfire on them.

The judge knows it wouldn't come from the life insurance.

Sources of a huge amount of bond from a person like MS (their not millionaire lifestyle) could possibly be from illegal activity. That's what the judge would want to know.

If a "friend" were to put up that huge amount (10% would be huge cash $440k) it would raise more speculation.

While it wouldn't be unusual for a family member to mortgage their home or post that amount of cash bail, a friend doing it would certainly throw a little light and questions in that direction.

I would think it unusual for somebody, including a family member, to throw away $440,000 because they don't get it back if it is paid as 10% to a bail bondsman!

Are the people on Jarvis Rd dancing in the streets today?

YES!!! But the neighbor was told by LE that MS had entered her back yard...it wasn't that they utilized her backyard to gain access to him. This came directly from the neighbor, KT, to my family and other neighbors right after the arrest. Not sure why they would tell her that if it wasn't the case. She was advised Mark had somehow "jumped the fence" and was in her yard. Yelled at her to STAY IN YOUR CAR!!! My family member was escorted by LE to their home. It was quite chaotic with masked men with guns and LE everywhere. Maybe SMS doesn't want this info out or maybe someone misspoke. Just trying to express what actually happened with neighbors who live in close proximity.

That was reported by Fo4 Now last night as well. MS jumping the fence into the neighbor's yard to me represents abandoning the children. I do not think therefore, that MS can have any input in regards to who will be in charge of the kids. That is only my opinion. I found it ridiculous for the lawyer to argue the children need their father , when negotiating a reduced bail. Yes, they do need a father. But not this father.
