Okay, wait....now I am confused.

If the Anthony's refinanced, and the mortgage was transferred from BOA to United Guaranty Ins Co in November of 2009....

Why did BOA file the foreclosure papers with the OC Clerk of Court today?

The Anthony's refinanced in 2005 and possibly 2008, I think B of A transfered their mortgage to begin the foreclosure proceedings. First they were in default, they waited a generous amount of time (in Illinois it's 90 days) and now this is United Guaranty is a risk management insurance and guaranty co., they also do loan modification programs, if the A's were non-responsive then they had no choice but to file.

Kent found the court documents in an earlier post

I wonder if divorce isn't also in the air, and they can't stand the sight of each other anymore so they're deliberately losing the house. Would that make for a simpler if not cheaper divorce?
Well, Cindy wouldn't want George to get half of anything.

Sorry ZsaZsa, have to disagree with you about that. The most sympathetic overall has been Fox35. But ALL of the local news orgs have been critical of the Anthony's at times.

Tonights report was on WKMG, the CBS affiliate.

I think someone else tipped off Mike D, he had the scoop tonite that no other station had.

I'm not in an area where I can watch WESH and I seldom go to their website, so I will have to take your word for it, but from what reports of theirs I have read online they seemed very biased.....:innocent:

BOA had to inform UGIC that they intended to foreclose because they (UGIC) likely insured the top 20% of the mortgage amount. When you have PMI (private mortgage insurance), the PMI company is entitled to recover their investment. If BOA forecloses and subsequently sells the home for less than 80% of the outstanding loan value......UGIC will have to sue the Anthony's directly to recover their investment. If BOA sells the house for anything above 80% of the loan to value then UGIC is entitled to those funds before any other creditors.

They lost their Granddaughter,
Their losing their home (probably too many memories, too difficult)
Attorney fees are probably sky high
I am sure they are in debt to DC
Depression has set in
Next they may lose their daughter
I am sure divorce will follow
There is no hope for them, no future, This is how suicide happens. IMO

Good points.

(you're up late)

I just don't agree...sorry

If there was a business entity registered at that address with outstanding tax or fee liabilities..........that would explain it. I am thinking CMA Foundation?????
Probably just personal income tax lien.

Not too many grieving grandparents need lawyers and Immunity before speaking to LE- so most of their attorney fees are of their own making.
Isn't Brad Conway working Pro Bono anymore?
GA has said there is a book deal in the works, so DC can get paid from the proceeds.
Yes, we have seen one of GA's phoney suicide gestures already. Anything to get sympathy and distract attention away from Casey.
Don't go on a cruise when your mortgage payment is late.
A clear conscience is the best pillow.

Please just link to the information, no need to cut and paste..thanks.

I guess the Anthony's will be facing big choices now. Their daughter Casey is facing the Death Penalty, and now CA & GA also face losing their home too. They also lost their only grandchild. What will they do?

Sell some more trinkets and call Larry King?

Maybe they are just doing this to try to get more public sympathy..poor Cindy and George, look what their daughter has done to them! BooooHoooo...
Caylee would have loved to have had that roof over her head!

While it's true that KC is the ultimate cause of this, I also believe that George and Cindy have done this to themselves. There is absolutely no reason for Cindy not to be working, IMO. She saw a golden opportunity to take time off and milk the government for disability for who-knows-what so she can devote herself full-time to working on her proving her KC's "innocence." We all saw her during the Morgan depos. Does she look disabled to you? :furious:

As far as George being unemployable, dang right he is. The way the two of them have behaved has done nothing but make them look ridiculous. I ask you, based on what you've seen of them in public, would you hire either of them? I rest my case.

If I were Amy Huizenga, I'd be packing my bags right about now!

Having watched all of the local station's coverage of this case over the last 18 months, I think WKMG and WESH are the fairest for both sides. Much of their video reports don't end up online.

I would say that Fox 35 is the most sympathetic to the Anthony's, but not to the defense, and they have been critical of the Anthony's at times. They are who George went to when he wanted to read his "open letter." :loser:

WFTV - Well, I think we all know where they sit.... :)

That's my honest assessment of the local TV coverage anyway, FWIW... LOL

Move in with SP?

What, and leave Casey in prison with no one to fill her commissary account? Trust me there is plenty of hope...Casey has to have her twinkies and beef jerky!

Something makes me sense that LK or other TV stations don't want to "go there"!!! Well a second thought, a trip to NYC, on GMA....Nah.... LOL:crazy: :waitasec::banghead:
