I'm sorry, but I can't say with certainty that Mitty huddled with JA before the folder palming. But while reviewing the video, I zeroed in on any exchange Mitty had with JA and it did not appear that an exchange of any kind, with the exception of whispered secrets, took place. However, there were many times the camera was not focused on those two, and who knows what was occurring between those 2 'girlfriends' during those uncaptured moments.

IMPO this mitigation specialist is behaving very unprofessional and crossing boundaries. When this specialist is sitting there having whispering/school girl giggling sessions with JA she is crossing into Jodi's personal space which is not professional nor acceptable. I have also observed this specialist passing notes and verbal communications between Jodi and Jodi's mother on several occasions. What this specialist is doing is as egregious as what Samuels has done.

I was watching her yesterday and when she used her right hand it appeared awkard to me because she moves her whole arm in a stiff like motion. It seems she moves her whole right side and doesn't bend her arm at the elbow. jmo

Do you have video clips showing the note passing? If yes, I sure would like to send it onto Sheriff Joe to enlighten him as to how freely one of his resident jailbird's is corrupting Mitty and those who are supposed to monitor JA's behavior while outside his 'jurisdiction.' He prides himself on how smoothly his prison runs, and, if this continues, I'd say he needs better eyes and ears.

Didn't Jodi Arias post the video of Travis doing "Eddie Snell" comedy routine for PPL to youtube right around the time of Travis texting her she was a sociopath?
So is Jodi taking her story from the character Travis portrays in the video? His friend said Travis was totally opposite of that character. It would be a hoot if a juror wrote:
"Judge, have you noticed the defendant is slipping things in folders and in her mouth and there is no guard within 20 feet of her? Please do something about that, or we will resign as this woman killed a man and should not be given such freedoms."

Not that if they did, we would ever know - just wondering if they are catching this suspicious activity to. Probably not, cause unlike us watching the stream - they don't have to watch the faker.

I think, paraphrasing, one of the guest shrinks said Jodi's right hand might be busy distracting you with the folder (she knows she is on camera) while staring straight ahead, from what the left hand is actually doing. (Perhaps snagging a pill someone left out.)

That was what hit my hinky into the ozone on the folder under the butt move. She knows to divert by not using her eyes to see what she is doing. I posted that thought yesterday morning and that too me was the biggest read flag of all the folder play. It was very validating to hear the panel verbalize into words what I saw when watching that with my eyes all a blur. Next lifetime, I want to be a body language expert! LOL

Sure. I'll start going back thru the days while I wait for court today. On one of the days I noticed this going on the specialist was wearing yellow. So, if anyone remembers what day that was I would so appreciate it. When I'm watching JA I always feel like I'm staring at a darkness with evil mixed in..:rocker:
