ALV seems less confident today. When she exited the stand to hit the ladies room I assume, she sustains kind of plaintive eye contact w/ someone on the public side..as she walks right past T's family. She seems more vulnerable today. Maybe gearing up for being shredded in credibility by Juan Martinez? I think this jury will be ok if he addresses her aggressively. I think she's earned it.

It seems she said something in her testimony today about "watching" one of the Freeman's testimony. If my memory is correct.
 
Deanna Reed testimony--only HW taking notes.

HW looks over at JA then writes notes during "motherhood" testimony.

Maureen also note taking on "back and forth" behavior.

Nurmi leaning so far back in his chair it's distracting as you think he's gonna tip over. it looks unprofessional.

Paul R. looks better healthwise today.

Church lady taking notes.

CEO tapping pencil glancing repeatedly to public gallery during sidebar. At no one in particular, just looking around.

Is this woman really testifying about LYING??? Juan will tear that up!

In fact, he's writing notes right after/during that testimony about "deception/lying".

No males taking notes during this "argument" where Travis supposedly throws her to the ground.

JM note taking re: could she leave or not? Mentions WDe Marte's report.

I'm calling my 4 pack on the back now a 5 pack. Adding Headphones. All 5 mimic each other's stances/postures.

Wrestler, Headphones both have hands over mouth.

HW most attentive, most notes.

"an inkling" ALV smiles , JW giggles, not one juror cracks a smile.

CEO barely and rarely looks at the witness.

That's it folks! Then I got home and had this package on my doorstep. OMG I opened it and it was FILLED with custom M&M's. I took pics and sent to my graphics person (lol) to post for me..they are so cute! Who sent them??? I will bring them to the family...before I describe them, I will let the pictures tell the story. So adorable! Wish we could just pass them down the row in the courtroom!

Oh I almost forgot. As we're walking out (BluLady, KatieDDJ, Stacey and me) and deciding where to go, the DT plus ALV walk right past us. As we want to go see Bill at the trucks (I wanted to show him my pedicure lol) , we cross the street right behind them. JW and ALV cross the other way right before the trucks but noooooo....Nurmi and Maria waltz right past the media trucks. Maybe I'll say that again, the MEDIA trucks where ALL THE TV SHOWS ARE NOW BEING FILMED and people walking on that sidewalk are sometimes shown in the background of those shows! Mr. "avoid the media" walks out of the front doors, unescorted, then la dee da waltzs slowly past the MEDIA TRUCKS...they then get to the end and stop and chat a bit (or whatever). Yeah, I took a pic. So there.
 
Wait I forgot! (duh)

At the end of the court day I handed Samantha a large envelope filled with cards, gift cards, cash and handmade jewlery. I said "I hope this makes the end of this day more positive for you than the way it began" and she smiled and thanked me and said "yes it will really help" and I could tell she was very happy to receive it.

SO if you sent me something last week, it got delivered today which I call pretty dang good timing.

Oh and I'm gonna give a shout out to Torismom003 who is the person who made the gorgeous bracelet and keepsake box for me...I love it so much. I'm wearing it to court tomorrow. It's so beautiful and I know there were others she made for the sisters as they were wrapped similarly in the package I passed today.

She knows too much about importan details that pertain to this trial to not have been coached on what's impt or to be following it. I vote the latter.

All this Travis bashing is not landing well on the male jurors.

I knew it!! KCL, thank you so much for this!

At some point today I couldn't take it anymore and just turned off the laptop.. Was washing dishes & out of nowhere it hit me! Disgusted / angry about what JA & Co is doing, and more with every passing day so...OF COURSE the jury is too! Especially the men!

All day I've imagined the men in my family being on the jury.. Unable to escape the constant drone of Travis bashing and endless DETAIL (ad nauseum) about her pathetic, meaningless sex life. I've got the worlds most wonderful husband, but he would be seriously OUT OF HIS MIND by now..

Thanks for confirming what you saw..so weird I feel like I saw it too in my mind's eye, you know?

Katie, ever since I saw T A's family so upset today, I have a feeling that their sorrow was for more than juror #5 getting the boot. My feeling is that they got some insight into other things that could be going on with these jurors. Do you know if juror 5 was actually what they were crying over or is there more to this story?
