IMHO it is the DT's defiant "expert" witnesses, the completely unprofessiona/disrespectful behavior of the MS, as well as the general incompetence of the DT and everyone representing this psychopath is what is turning this trial into a circus. They are clowns. It would be more fitting if their coordinating outfits included rainbow wigs and red squeaky noses....

Interesting how poor old Alyce has to have context for everything except the obvious. Some girl is anorexic but completely ignores the stalking conversation. She is a bumbling <mod snip> with this testimony. Why woud anyone do this to their own career. amazing.

I'd usually feel sad watching this kind of slow suicide but in this case, she deserves all that she gets. And to think I kinda liked her on Day One.

That FAQ is a good idea but neither of us have the time to do that. And honestly, that's not our job. We figured things out on our own and we are knee deep in to this trial and our lives and we just can't be responsible for things like that.

I think PASA did do this awhile back and if someone wants to find that and post it that would be great but from this point on we just need to deal with what's right in front of us and posting and maintaining our own health/energy and that's already becoming a whole lot to manage.

I kinda did too. I was actually a bit worried b/c it seemed as if the DT had a credible witness finally. Nope.

So basically he filed a motion based on 1.) information ruled upon in previous motions, and 2.) rhetorical, hyperbolic references to events that took place in New England sometime in previous centuries?

No worries...as you can see I'm wiped. I even hung up on my Dad this weekend after saying "you're checking things off YOUR list by putting them on MINE!" and I adore my father.

PASA wrote up something awhile back w/ a map and everything. We just can't be travel agents and court guides on top of everything else...thanks for everyone's consideration!

At the start of the trial this morning, AGAIN, Wilmott walked around the table and was texting, then placed the phone in front of Jodi, and they both sat there watching for a response. That should be against the rules. An officer needs to be sitting and watching.
Also, at least twice, Jodi kept watching in the back of the room, maybe looking for someone? Can you watch for that today?
