These "content creators" - writing into the Judge - seem anxious to control a narrative that the Court really doesn't care about, along with an eagerness to insert themselves into a high-profile case.

IMO, shedding sunlight on the character, motives and objectives of those who the crime-scene-photo-leakers (RF, MRC) chose to disseminate crime scene photos works for Hennessey's strategy. So far, these unsolicited letters are doing Hennessey's work for him; each considers discrediting the defense as part of their role as a "content creator".

I think it will just be fines. The SCOIN effectively removed dismissal as an option by reinstating them.

He accessed motions that were ex parte and then shared that info in a filing. IMO if he isn't charged, then he should have been. I'm doubtful that the judge will see fit to do that, however.

I believe it will come up and he'll be in a quandary regarding innocent mistakes made by attorneys.

Hubs said he saw on the news the trial is starting in May. I was explaining how the judge and jury are coming from Allen Co. and wondering out loud if they will be bussed back and forth every day or put up in a hotel close to Delphi. I told him I wanna go to the hearing next Monday but I don't want to wait in line and what if I have to pee??!! He said I could come down to the building he is working on (they have real bathrooms and not port a johns!) and I said in a whiny voice "but I will lose my place in lllliiiiiiiinnnnnnnneeeeeeee!" One of their reasons: allegations are over a year old.

This may confirm my theory of the case.

RAs phone was not at the bridge that day. A huge problem for the defence IMO, and why they never mentioned this fact in the Franks, yet it is implicit in the text of the document.

1. RA's phone was not on the bridge checking stocks per his tip interview

2. RA's phone was not on the trails and leaving at 1.30pm

Where was RAs phone that day? What did he say in his pre-arrest interview about his phone?

Why did the defence not raise it in the Franks as exculpatory? Because it is incriminating?

At least the prosecution immediately tried to make it right by withdrawing the request. They also explained in detail how the ex parte came to them.
Other than admitting they were the source of the crime scene photos leak, the defense has never admitted doing anything wrong, and never tried to make anything right.
Big differences about how things have been handled.

That is just laughable.
They are in deep. That sucking noise you hear is the defense team realizing that the swamp they created is now pulling them down. They have no credibility and no goodwill because of their own behavior.
