As far as JA's interview last night...I wasn't listening to the BS words as much as how she reverted back to that little TV interview voice.

DT would have known ahead of time if she was too psycho to be there today. Wittness, family, jury - everyone there already. They'll be lucky if they don't loose more jurors - this delay is awful for the Alexanders and the jurors. The jurors must be SO ready to be done with his, and I'm sure the Alexanders are ready to move on.
I hate this delay for them all.

Well, by next Wednesday, JA will probably have another migraine. It's going to be a miracle if they don't start losing jurors. Jurors were told in the beginning this whole deal would be over the beginning of April. Next week takes us to mid-May. JVM was talking to a man who had previously sat on a death penalty case. He said the jury had no idea that they weren't done once they came in with a guilty verdict. He said after the verdict was read, they found out they had to return for the aggravation phase. I would be darn pi--ed off by now and would probably throw my hands up and quit if I was a juror. They have to know they are being taken advantage of by the defense. I don't think the judge has any choice but to kiss JA's behind to avoid any possible appeal situations.

Fair enough if you're evaluating her as suicidal. I still don't think her plan in that interview was to be placed on suicide watch. There are easier ways to do that than through a nebulous interview.

Bawahahaha! It MAJORLY backfired on her! I don't think she had a clue this was going to happen. But she had set the stage with her previous testimony about the "sting" when she tried to do herself in with a razor.

looks like there is another account for the murderer

Thanks. Sure does not appear to be her writing style. I'd be surprised if she were able to get 12 tweets out. Also the person is following 78 people. Jmho

Beth just showed what is called the prisoner's morning pack. The plastic bag included bread, peanut butter, juice, fruit. Huge amount of food. But, I am wondering how big is that plastic bag? Will it fit over JA's head. jmo

Give her time to kill herself. I don't think Sheriff Joe is going to let anything happen to JA under his watch. He is too high profile (not in a good way). Plenty of inmates kill themselves or get killed. Guards don't care. YouTube Ashley Smith Canada. She was 19 and crazy and the guards looked on while she hung herself. That is an extreme case, outside of the US. But I know that here in the US, esp. Texas, guards will turn their backs to a lot of things. The dust has not even settled yet. Jeffrey Dahmer wished for his own death, just like JA. Dahmer got his wish and IMO the prison guards helped him get it.:moo:

JA said in interview that she wished she could jump into witnesses bodies and answer for them against "Bully" Juan Martinez. She said it as if she is a saint and wanted to "take on" their pain; what she really meant was she thought she would have been better at answering the questions.

They still have alternates. Or I assume they do. Right?

Not going to happen. Arizona has "Victim's Rights", Rules of Criminal Procedure, Rule #39. The Alexander's have shown more than restraint, adhering to Courtroom rules and decorum. JM has probably already given the guidelines they need to follow when putting their victim statements together. They have done NOTHING to warrant this motion.
I have faith that JSS will deny the motion.

I totally and vehemently agree!

Oh my LORD, it would be a travesty of Justice not to allow the Alexander family to read or speak their Victim's Statements directly to Jodi Arias's face!

Who does this Convicted Criminal JA think she is, the Queen of England???

Think back on Jeffrey Dahmer's trial. Now those were some very angry victims statements, and I still think they were completely warranted and not out of line in any single instance.

The Alexander family is a nice family and have comported themselves in that courtroom as such each and every day. They deserve the right to look her directly in the face and speak their minds.

IMHO Judge Stephens will not deprive this right to the Alexander family.

JMO & :moo:

I don't see how it backfired. Sounds like she's in a much nicer place and can have visitors whenever she wants, for as long as she wants.

OH man that's so creepy .. agree though, she thought she could manipulate the answers better than they could .. weird way to put it though.

Again, I ask, if the felon wants the death penalty, why does it matter what or how the Alexanders give their statement ?

IMO the Alexander family has the right to face the killer of their brother, nephew, etc. I would have so much to say if I was in their place. The impact statements aren't about her, it's about them and what she took from them. They are the victims too, and her heinous and cruel acts impacted every aspect of their lives and souls. They deserve to look at her and let her have it.

Sheriff Joe heard suicide. They did the same thing to Scott P in CA.

I'm not saying they were wrong to put her on SW. I'm questioning the sentiment that she is feigning suicidal thoughts to delay the trial. I can understand why are being cautious, they should be. But I don't think her grand plan in giving that interview was to be placed on suicide watch.
