I would certainly hope she's been ruled out and there's still a chance she's alive somewhere...and I'm sure they're looking into it. LE seems to be being quite methodical about following up these leads.

On a website for his construction business, Keyes said he served in the Army from 1998 to 2000 and was stationed at Fort Lewis in Washington state, at Fort Hood in Texas and in Egypt. He lived in Washington state from 2001 to March 2007, then moved to Alaska.

I'm really starting to wonder if most of his victims were on the East Coast where he had his property and stash. Not saying we should dismiss the West Coast but it appears he did a lot of travelling to the East.

Is this the only property he owned? Are there records of any others? If so, where?

It's possible, but randomly grabbing a victim of a traffic accident doesn't quite seem like his style. The way he talks about it, the planning -- the hunt, stalking the victim, seems to be a big part of the thrill for him.

Thanks ladies, I checked out that FB but those were the only years I couldn't find. I knew he was in the army during that time but I couldn't figure out where he was stationed.

So he was in the habit of traveling a good distance before murdering, correct? Do we know if he was allowed off base while stationed in TX? Which base was he stationed at? FT Hood is less than 8 Hours from welch Ok where the girls went missing from.

Not sure about Celina. Possible. She was a child but very tall for her age and he may have thought she was older.

Yes very frightening to read his back story and those 2 he hung out with. Wonder if he started with them and then went solo? Insane.

If Israel saw the people on the porch and waited for them to leave, he likely would have noticed the TV being shut off, then noticed the basement light coming on as she went downstairs. After he took her he might have realized her age and felt remorse. Maybe that is why she was wrapped in a blanket?
