I’d text and ask for a ride.If you were in trouble would you text a friend saying you might be in trouble?

They could take a screen shot from it if they are worried about something in the background. They did it in the Savannah Spurlock case, got a shot of her and the individuals she was with and released it.
I'm wondering this, myself. How many cases of missing young women actually turn out to have been trafficking cases? It seems like that's always a thought people have, but it never turns out that way.
.
Agree with other posters that there is no reason to release the video if they don’t need the men identified. They probably know who they are already.
I'm sure they know that so there must be a different reason for not releasing the images of those men. Maybe it just shows them from behind or is otherwise too low quality to see facial features?
On the chance that the two who escorted PH out really were employed by the Tin Roof, and therefore are not relevant to what specifically happened afterwards, there could a legal reason the Tin Roof itself (whose surveillance cameras presumably shot the footage) would demand the video be withheld. While I am no expert on each state's dram shop laws, the Tin Roof may be on the hook for a potential liability lawsuit in the future if PH was obviously impaired in some way and they just showed her the door and she eventually came to some harm. Per wikipedia: Different states' dram shop acts also differ as to whether a person who becomes intoxicated and injures themselves has a cause of action against the establishment that served them.Agree with other posters that there is no reason to release the video if they don’t need the men identified. Why do you feel this way? Do you have information that might point to this?MOO whoever's is responsible I feel has money and connections!
I suspect the reason police are not releasing the video is there is no point. Tin Roof at the very beginning said there were off-duty police at the club. It is possible that the two African-American men were either security, bouncers or off duty police and escorted her out the door. Her ATM card was found on the floor near the bar and it was reported she had a disagreement/argument with her friend/co-worker. Sorry, these may have been reported on FB and not allowed. In any case. if Paighton was disruptive she may have been escorted out the door and the two men would have just turned around and come back in. If this is the case, she may have been wandering outside and been picked up by anyone who promised her a ride. We actually may never know where she went or what happened to her. IMHO!
