DC better not get away with this... on top of the costs requested I hope he gets charged or ends up in jail for a stint. imo what he did is make a mockery out of the legal system, who the heck does this guy think he is.
Makes you wonder what the deal is here. People do things like this for a reason, I want to know what the payoff is? (and I don't mean money) What is it we don't know about yet.

Anyway - to serious matters. In the arguments presented on why DC's testimony would be privileged information the following is stated on page 4

"The only time that, in this situation, the work product would lose its privileged character would be to the extent that the parties having the privilege actually utilized that evidence at trial..."

Bein's we're seeing a good glimpse of the defensive ploy - I mean plan - aren't they going to need DC's testimony of the November searches to do the "body wasn't there then" thingy???

Seems to me Morgan and Morgan will ultimately get what they want...just maybe not in a timely manner.

Do we know this, or has she simply put down the wrong info for when ZG was there? I thought it was on June 17th. Was she, in fact, there three months earlier? If so, I would think that this would just raise the possibility that KC knew the name and lifted it from a guestbook (which may have been available for anyone to look at who came into the apt's office) BEFORE Caylee's disappearance. Is this new evidence? Any thoughts or info?

There was an error in one of the original reports by OCSO that stated the date as 4/17/08 instead of 6/17/08. DC is using the same tactic as CA in this instance. He thinks he's found the hidden treasure when, in fact, if he'd just practice reading comprehension he wouldn't make a fool of himself.

What does that really mean? Did the judge rule on the motion already? Did DC just decided to comply, so he wouldn't have to listen to what the Judge NOW thinks? Or is it just being scheduled, in hopes the Judge will now rule that he has to set for depo??

OH, and Mallory will also be giving deop that day.

They talked to him in Jan, The Judge ruled that it wasn't privileged in Feb.. now they REALLY want to talk to him.

I understood what your saying. IT's to much info for them to keep up with. They would have to be paid to keep up with it. Not really doable.

WE are doing it, because it's a case that we want to be this up to date on. IT would be smart for them to check up on sites like us. Not every case would have this kind of help.

Actually, that's incorrect. If you read the full article it states JOSE BAEZ says GA and CA said that. Their statement as read by BC did not state that.

However, I noticed that when dealing with motions, it would say Motion. This says hearing. Legal eagles?
