These pics are not good. This one is from the parking lot of concrete plant office. To the left if you zoom in you can see flowers up against a block then a drive way then a red memorial on a tree

. This is a close up of the memorial then I was trying to show how far that was from the gate but the sun blinded the picture

.

In the bottom photo do you see the bright light? And do you see the green orb on the right in the tree? The orb is the same color of the dress she's being buried in. I'm amazed.

So we wont know much more about the case until the trial day i guess...

Looks like it to me too. Sand or gravel covering a spot on the ground.
It looks like a big rock to me, but I'm on my phone zooming in on pic. Might look different on bigger screen. Keep in mind LE reported she was buried in a shallow grave in the back part of the property.

(They obtained permission to search the property," Minden said at the scene. "During the search of the property, they did find a shallow grave toward the back of the property," he said. "After they uncovered it, it was positively identified as Beverly Carter.")

From Google Earth pic again. There appears to be excess concrete dumped on the ground in the back of the property?

Where can we find his charges now. Watching to see if additional charges might be added since the autopsy is over and the funeral coming up. Keeping an eye out to see if sexual assault charges get added.
Maybe on AR Dept Of Corrections website. I don't know if their website is available online like Oklahoma's.

On here it shows charges for possession of fire arms. Will be interesting to find out where those were found.

It's concrete from a cement truck.

I'm guessing a charge for each firearm in possession?
One carries a class A felony misdemeanor and others were class D felonies. Not sure what that means.

I would take that to mean:

Class A is the box-cutter
Class D is the knife, gun and tazer. ( If the gun and tazer were in his possession and sounds like they were)

He has left the Pulaski County Regional Detention Facility and has been transferred to the custody of the Arkansas Department of Corrections.

He was transferred today then. I forgot he was on parole, so it's immediate.

<snipped by me>

A Class A Felony carries a minimum sentence of six years but no more than thirty years.
A Class D Felony carries a maximum sentence not to exceed six years.

Do you think the box cutter would be a more serious felony than a gun?

I read on FH last night about someone posting AL's picture on their instagram and recognizing him because he had waved him down to help pull his car out - a silver Ford Fusion.

Interesting......

MOO

I read that too! However, I've not seen another word about it.

I think they could only get him for a misdemeanor ( class A) for the box-cutter. The other three are class D so... his boat is kind of sunk anyway.

My opinion only here, but I don't think a box cutter would be considered a firearm.

I am really confused by what you are saying. A Class A is way worse than a Class D. I don't believe a box cutter would carry a heavier sentence than a gun.

I read in his Instagram, someone was posting a very long comment... Anyway one part stood out for me that said, "you took someone away from their family cause you needed money". The last part .... "Needed money"

It was under the pic of him with no shirt on....
