I think the repeated use of "ever" makes it hard to not fall into a category for further evaluation. Has anyone
not had worries that are difficult to dispel? Has anyone
never tried to stop thinking about something terrible they experienced or witnessed? Etc. These so called mental health diagnostic tools appear to me to be terribly vague, crude and ...non-medically based, IMO. But they say they need to make quick 1-2 minute inexpensive interviews for practical purposes. Full set of intake evaluations at link. There is a different one for women.
