You both are spot-on and I and others are guilty of being suspect of folks who came across as potential vultures who were trying to somehow profit from this horrible tragedy. For that I was wrong and apologize if in early June I came across as harder or more suspect of some folks; please accept my apologies and understand my "toughness" in communication was only done with honoring the memory of Jun/Justin Lin in my heart.

This neighbour thing is very interesting from several angles. Could LRM's invitation be used a defense to premeditation? Could he, as you say, be used for framing? Could he have been the original intended victim?

It's 8:30 and I have to log off. In 30 minutes a vigil will be taking place in Montreal remembering Jun Lin the victim of this horrific crime.

I'm sending my thoughts and prayers to his family and friends. I can't attend the vigil but will be with them in spirit.

Well...I downloaded TOR yesterday and took the dive into "Darknet." I went to that little section of hell through "The Hidden Wiki." It really wasn't quite as booming as I thought it would be, but there was a thriving market for drugs and counterfeit money.

There is easily accessible child *advertiser censored* areas but I didn't go to that part. The CP folks try and shove their predictions on every board they can, though. I do think LM acted totally alone, but I did see a post on a board of someone asking for a snuff film in late 2011. No one could direct him to one, but someone did ask the poster why he wanted one.

He said he had been told by counselors his troubles were from trauma in childhood, but he said he felt no feelings of being traumatized at all. As a matter of fact, he said he doesn't have many feelings at all. No attraction to men or women, but he does get a feeling of sexual excitement when he watches someone being killed.

Just a really creepy place.

I can't get this video to play, but the preview caption in Google looks a heck of a lot like the "new" videos Luka supposedly posted while he was in France/Berlin, saying "hi to all of my fans". However this is from 2008. Maybe LRM wasn't posting those videos while on the run?

Our worst prisoners are offered counseling in prison all the time. Canada has one of the top programs in the world for that and I believe it's in Kingston.

I also find it strange that LM's official website (which was registered last July 2011 and does not expire until 2021) has something in common with the gore website that first showcased the video ... they are both built with the exact same web template ... what are the odds?

this has already been discussed, but both use WordPress.com for their blogs....one of the most if not the most common site for blogs.....
more than likely that is their most basic template - probably the default template when you sign up....and it probably could be found on numerous blogs that have nothing to do with each other....

Well, I guess you were fortunate enough to come across the written documentation of this and did not have to view the multimedia documentation...

I've stated many times that one of the two things that scares me most about Magnotta is that in my research he has a 90% rate of stating something in writing and documenting said act via multimedia.

are you saying that you personally have seen videos online of LM being involved in those activities you quoted?
