So CTV news is reporting the Montreal authorities arrived in Berlin on the weekend and completed the extradition process. My guess is upon meeting him they attempted to question him on some matters, reportedly asking about the whereabouts of the head. His German lawyer had advised him not to say a word until he spoke to a Canadian lawyer, so my guess is he hasn't said a word yet. We'll have to see how the fast leaks come out as to where/when he's arrived.

Exactly. He was plagiarizing everything on there. You can tell the portions written by him, they are badly written, misspelled, and often CAPITALIZE words to make a prosaic point.
I wish I could find it again -- it was writing more about what he was thinking but it was very articulate - word choice stunning - and then more and more of his stuff got really badly written. And as I kept reading more of his stuff - when he was pretending to be someone else he often got pronouns wrong (accidently slipping that it was him!) your following me yes?

Montréal/Saint-Hubert Airport (IATA: YHU, ICAO: CYHU) is located in the Saint-Hubert borough of Longueuil, Quebec. The airport is located 16 km (9.9 mi) east of downtown Montreal.

In operation since 1928, it was Montreal's first and only airport until the construction of Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport (formerly Montréal/Dorval International Airport). On 1 August 1930, the R100 airship arrived after what was possibly the first non-stop passenger-carrying powered flight across the North Atlantic to land in Canada.[4] As of 2010, it is Canada's busiest general aviation airport, ahead of Toronto/Buttonville and Boundary Bay, and is ranked as Canada's 5th busiest airport by aircraft movements.[3] This airport mainly serves travellers to Quebec destinations.

The airport is divided into two sides, a military side (facing runway 06L/24R) and a civilian side (facing runway 06R/24L). Today the military base, the former RCAF Station St Hubert, has ceased operations, but the Armed Forces still uses the base as a garrison comprising the tactical helicopter unit 438 Squadron and 51st Service Battalion.

Following the new National Airports Policy announced by Transport Canada in 1994, ownership of the airport was transferred to a private corporation, Développement de l'aéroport Saint-Hubert de Longueuil (DASH-L), on 1 September 2004.

I sure we all hope the in-flight movie is something good like a rom-com whose movie poster is the seemingly opposite man and woman are standing back to back... And I'm sure we all also hope that he has a sleeper seat, it's a long flight and the 'lil angel needs his beauty rest...

Then again if there was a mechanical issue and just enough parachutes for the crew, no big whoop...

Funny!

I can't believe we are using one of our Canadian Forces plane to transport him, GRRRRRRRRRR. This makes me truly angry.

... I am silently picturing him in a straight jacket, on a trolley, in chains, with a full-face hockey mask strapped on securely. Just like Lecter's.

Oh. And in the cargo hull. Naturally.

But that's just me.

Story has not hit CNN Pulse yet - I love watching this stuff as the story about his return breaks its fascinating to watch how the stories blow up on line. Not up yet

I can just imagine the media vultures at all the area airports right now.
He could land at any time as all they'll say is they left Berlin "this morning" (their time) . I'll bet there will be special arrangements setup. Forget all the standard customs routines and whisk him away right out of the jet into a vehicle. Will it be like a modern day OJ chase?

I don't know dissent I just can't imagine him telling a tall tale, fib or copying someone's work... He just seems like such an honest fella... :D

Yeh that is what I thought when i first heard that --- PLEASE he is a murderer -- him flying around on his private jet is REPULSIVE! (and wrong!) he should be in a crappy plane !

He also could be landing at any military base that has the facility for that and then transferred by ground to his final destination while awaiting his trial. More than likely I think that is what is going to happen as no photographer could get to him on an airbase.

When you take into consideration the amount of money that is going to be spent--from taxpayer's pockets no less--to front a defense for him, a private flight home is the least of my qualms. Frankly, I think it's better this way. He will get to his destination quietly, and without the fanfare I am sure he was looking forward to receiving. Money well spent, I say.

Cariis what do you mean 10 days?

I just picked a time peroid! But boy oh boy you guys here we go! And yes I do think we are in for a OJ like ride! We all need to see him, we all need to learn that he is in a "bad" place, we need to know what games he is now gonna start playing. YOu know -- the worst thing could be (this sounds awful guys!) but if he plead guilty and went away without saying a word..................................

Interesting notion ....

Thanks for the clarification.

I know that it was mentioned in earlier threads that the Canadian judicial system goes "dark" in regard to public coverage and case information being released and wondered if there was a set period (10 days as you mentioned) that there was not a media blackout.
