I recall reading that a woman saw Robyns dress on the beach, a short distance from the towels.
Is it safe to assume that LE found her bag and shoes somewhere?
I don't remember reading about other personal articles being found.

Did she leave them in the car and GG returned them to the room?
Other than the *advertiser censored* pictures, did they not take any holiday photos?

Her personal items must be accounted for.

There was little thought about murder when GG reported the accident
LE would not have searched the car at that time
GG must have returned her items to the room

There would be nothing more that all of us would want, would be for -- to have found Robyn. But unfortunately she never surfaced. So, that -- because of that and because of basically of what happened with the Natalee Holloway case and how Aruba was, the Aruban police were criticized vastly as well as the prosecution -- they are taking it out on Gary.

And I am defending him vigorously along with Chris Lejuez (ph), who we just brought on board, who is a one-man dream team. And we are going to basically fight and do everything we can to get Gary freed because he is being held unjustly without zero evidence of a crime. And certainly he should be let go and we`re going to do everything we can.

VELEZ-MITCHELL: So what I`m hearing you saying is, that there is a nexus of sorts between the tragic disappearance of Natalee Holloway in Aruba, and how police handled that case and the criticism they came under. And that is going to be something that you`re going to focus on in your defense of Gary Giordano. It is almost like six degrees of separation between that case and the Gary Giordano case, Jose?

BAEZ: It`s an unfortunate nexus between the two cases. But what you have to realize is this is a -- this is a government trial type. There`s going to be three professional judges that actually end up hearing this, if they decide to charge him.

Now mind you, they haven`t charged him. And Gary has been extremely cooperative from the very first day he gave statement after statement after statement. He made a total of 16 different statements to law enforcement. They were all consistent. And they`re trying their best to try and shoot holes in his statements, but they haven`t been successful. They brought up cadaver dogs, they searched the entire island. And it is time to set Gary free. It really is.

I am not sure what JB's point is about GG giving 16 statements to police and his story has not changed. How would he change it? GG has no point of reference. He is a stranger in a strange country and does not know the area. He certainly isn't going to tell LE where he actually put her in the water.

Had he been in the water his suit would have been wet and it was clearly dry at the restaurant. My guess is her shoes and purse went back to the hotel because he was not a suspect at that time. He could not walk in the water without his shoes but he wants us to believe RG walked out there in her barefeet. It would be interesting to find out if they found a bathing suit among her things at the hotel. jmo

He may have told the same story sixteen times but last i read, he refused to answer anymore questions weeks ago, so I am not sure how much he is co-operating.

That could have been on the advice of Lopez

Re-reading an old article
GG seems to be a man of many personalities

Farago said Giordano insisted on having her email password so he could ensure she was not seeing anyone else. If she said she was going to the grocery store, he would want photographic proof. Sometimes, she said, he would spy on her and text her details of her outfit so she knew he was watching. He even hid in the woods behind her home to watch her, dressing in a deer costume, she said.

"He's Mr. Perfect," she said, and then he's "totally different."

This is very creepy IMO

I keep thinking GG read RG's text to RF, maybe while she was in the shower. jmo

anything is possible

I would like to know who was on her yahoo account, changing her status

I guess it depends on what one believes would be the motive, if indeed her murdered her

If it was in a jealous rage, then possibly that would have set him off

If you believe money was the motive, it would have been preplanned and i don't think a message to her boyfriend would have mattered much jmo

Robyn Gardner was buried alive in a dog’s grave dug up by her lover who taped a plastic bag over her head, the National Enquirer claims. It’s a sensational alleged twist in the story of the Maryland woman, 35, who vanished two months ago while on holiday with Gary Giordano in Aruba.
Authorities have been searching for her since August and Giordano, 50, is currently being held in jail as they suspect he was involved in her death.

Well, that just does not make sense. He dug with his bare hands? This story does not match the other story where the couple saw him hitting her at the pet cemetary. And it's not as if the sand is that deep there before you hit rock. I hope NE did not pay for this story because I think they were played big time. So who moved her body because GG was in jail? jmo

Fascinating story, the plastic bag over the head and putting her under the dead dog are new details to me. I'm assuming, if it were true, that this is what he did with her body after the fight. Suppose he could have gone back and moved her body while the authorities were searching in the alleged "drowning" site as he had a few days to work with before he tried to leave and was arrested. Unless, it's like some have speculated and that he had an accomplice.

I don't see how it would be possible to dig a grave that deep to put a body in. It's not like the Jersey shore where you have six foot deep sand. What sand deposits they have are sitting on rocky ledges of coral. You could go down a couple of feet but no where deep enough to hide a body. Plus the fact that there was a little over an hour and a half between the time the left the bar and he was seen on the video. Whatever he did, he did quickly because at that end of the island they are pretty much dirt roads and you are not going to be traveling at high speeds to get from the pet cemetary to the bar in 5 minutes. The dunes at the other end of the island have a lot of sand but it would take too much time to get there and get back. It just sounds like another rumor to me. jmo

I don't follow this case very closely but can anyone explain to me WHY Robin went to Aruba with this guy?? If he was that jealous and controlling, shouldn't she have been more wary of him and not gone traveling with him? It just doesn't make sense.

There seems to be a lot of opinions on why she went away with him.
AFAIK, they had an ongoing relationship of some kind, going back at least a year.
If it was THAT bad, why did she continue seeing him?
I don't believe she thought it was a modeling shoot as some do.
I feel it was some sort of intimate relationship.
Both were getting something out of it, whatever that something might have been is anyones guess.

IMO it was mutually satisfying

I don't know what happened
Did he murder her?
Did she drown?

GG goes to court tomorrow
These sensational news articles like the latest in the NE always seem to surface when something is about to happen

Regardless of the time factor or soil conditions, cadaver dogs have searched and have found nothing

She is not buried anywhere on the island IMO
