It's creepy because burchell refers to himself as "river man".Serial killer Gary Ridgway was known to investigators early on in that case. They were unable to move forward against him due to lack of evidence. I believe his co-workers nicknamed him "Green River Gary" behind his back.
I found this one, fully clothed, no shoes but wearing socks. How far is this from AC?While were on the subject of body parts, probably not related but there's a couple unidentified young female cases from 2006 in Atlantic county. Both skeletal parts only, one found on the shore line 6 miles or so north of AC and the other 4 miles or so south in a parking garage in Margate. I wonder if Ms. Alvarado's foot was actually severed or became detached naturally through decomposition.

March 17, 2012 (when Ms. Alvarado disappeared) was a Saturday. She allegedly went for a walk around 2:00 am. That would be an early Sunday morning - ironically Ms. Raffo vanished in the early morning hours of a Sunday morning as well.
Did they tell us the time the call/s from the doc were made or when she was expected back? I think the estimated time of death was less than 36 hours. Could she have been killed in the afternoon or evening hours of the 19th? Her organ temps possibly could have narrowed it down but if the 36 hour estimation is correct it doesn't sound like that happened in time. Not knowing when the calls were made and when they planned to meet back up I'm hesitant, not wanting to get boxed in on the early morning grab hypothesis.
I'm just checking in to say that I'm still following and reading every word that is posted here!
What I can say about the casinos is this- they are able to see every rooms doorway- hallway area from surveillance cameras. They would 100% know if two people entered a room but only one left. Without a doubt, they would know. I believe that
Whatever happened to these girls ( including checka ) did not happen inside of a casino hotel room.
I would agree that nothing happened inside the casinos. In Ms. Raffo's case the doctor was cleared after investigators checked both the hotel AND casino cameras.
One would think that survellience cameras would clear Tracy Williams (who took Ms. Alvardo to AC) as well. That wasn't the case, in fact he was asked to submit to a lie detector test by Philadelphia PD. He refused and sometime during the questioning asked for a lawyer.
No mention if he tried to call her, if he looked for her or anything that indicated that he was concerned. Only a fuzzy statement to the effect of "she went for a walk at 2:00 am and I returned home alone".
There's a lot of questions that are unanswered here. Most of the other persons who were questioned in the AC4 case scream to anyone who would listen (especially the media) "I didn't kill her, I'm not involved". - Just my opinion.
The key to unraveling this mystery lies in the surveillance cameras located inside The Resorts Casino. March 17, 2012 (St Patrick's Day) and a young women is last seen alive on their cameras.
Those cameras tell the story of Franchesca Alvarado and Tracy Williams.
Did they have a room together and she left to take a 2:00 am stroll?
Are they seen together on the casino floor and she leaves alone on a 2:00 am stroll?
Did they both leave together?
The truth lies in those videos.
For a person who is obviously never short of words, that's about all I have to say.
As always, just my opinion.
I need to make a correction concerning the actual date of when Ms. Alvarado made the trip to AC and never returned. There are conflicting reports concerning the actual date where some will list March 17 while others will list March 13.
For the sake of accuracy I'll list the date, March 13, 2012, from the official NamUs report as the date she visited AC and March 17, 2012 as the date the missing person report was filed. Hopefully that will eliminate any confusion in the future.
