78.5km

However both bodies are on longitudal lines which would be indicitive of a particular map scale.

Could Sarah be habitually on a longitudal line?

Ciara was exactly 50 metres from the verge of Pippidinny road.

I challenge anyone, although neither roads had street lighting at the time; I challenge anyone to park the top the road then cart 55kg on your shoulder down the embankment at 2am in the morning 50 metres.
I feel the exact 50 metres may have had purpose. The bush was much thicker than it is today and probably street lit.

Do the tour at 2am in the morning.
Please accept my apologies for the details, but alternative options need to be expressed or explored.

Perhaps the victim’s weren’t actually carried. There’s the possibility they were either dragged by both feet, or by underneath the shoulders. Dragging the feet would have left strands of hair, but there wasn’t any mention within MSM. Heaving backward by the shoulders, face up, makes more sense. JRs watch was located; perhaps it dropped off during the hauling process - arms slumped downward.

G'day Jackman, thanks for that information, sounds very credible. Just to let you know that link doesn't connect, saying it's an invalid URL or something?

Ariel & Street views from Google Earth.
Telstra communication station, Anketel Rd, opposite Battersby Rd, Anketel WA.

I note that this communication station is almost identical in layout to the Telstra communication tower on the peak of Mount Dale, and also the Telstra communication tower in Ewing Street Bentley, which were discussed in earlier CSK threads.

It would be good to have these Telstra communication towers mapped. Especially since they would've been familiar to Telstra technicians. And familiarity, with the localities might be a factor in the choice of the 2 known CSK murder crime scenes. This might narrow down some of the possibilities for locating Sarah Spiers IMO.

Most of Telstra’s equipment would be installed upon their own asset towers. There’s a couple of independent companies that have purpose built towers for renting out space for similar equipment, like radio equipment etc – perhaps Telstra have leased similar space. That information was obtained whilst working within a similar field.

Does anyone remember or has read about a murder in Mandogalup/Anketell in 1975/76.

Vaguely. Was it in the old 4WD area off Thomas Rd? Opposite side to Medina. If it was that far back, it would probably be unrelated to the accused as he would've been a child.

If the CSK killed again I presume he would have to change his stalking area though he would likely keep his general abandonment area. Just a thought

http://www.ses-wa.asn.au/node/194

That is also another area that is searched.

"State Emergency Service Volunteers are searching an area of land on Spectacles Road, Anketell, for clues into the suspected murder ..."

PD,
Is there a specific list of Telstra towers for the metro area. The list you located doesn't include the metro ones.

I feel someone used their slide rule on a map of certain scale to draw a line from Jane on a longitudinal through the pub out to Ciara on a longitudinal.

They prempted positioning either all prior or in stages, then carried out the crime.

I think its psychotic behavior of someone of unsound mind.

I'm curious why you would think that? It's no where near in the link you gave. What scale would it have to be for both girls to be on a longitudinal line if that's what you're saying?

Walk a half lucid human being 50 metres through that bush at 2am in the morning in the pitch of night.

Its feasible but its a darn sight lot more effort than Janes body which was road side, Id say in a hurry.

Comparing the two, Id say it was more work than he needed to carry out.

Have a go at 2am down the bush. Get a feel for.

How certain are you of your pin drop being the location CG's body was found?

It's less than 30 m from Pipidinny Rd, and not 50 m that you and media quote.
