Just rereading Stephen Williams comments.
So earlier on we found out he visited BR and SR I think weekly or every two weeks, even after she went missing.
Are these visits still occurring now?
His comment about finding Karen is only part of what's going on, there are other things to be wrapped up. Sounds like there is a whole lot more to the story .
I would think a simple comment like Karen has been found now to charge this person is the final thing that needs to happen.
But his comment states "part of what's going on", and "other things to be wrapped up". What could he be on about? What does he think is going on? Who does he think ended his sisters life ? Does he think it's a domestic violence gone horribly wrong or something else? How many parts to this are there?

"(Tuesday) just confirmed what we thought and knew all along.
Mr Williams, who is Ristevski's only sibling, said he knew from an early stage in the investigation that his 47-year-old sister would never come home, but it was the "glimmer of hope" that was the toughest part.
"Finding Karen is only part of what's going on, there is other things to be wrapped up," he said.

"Everything Victoria Police have done, we greatly appreciate it.

"Obviously, they still have a lot to do, but I’d like to publicly thank them."

Mr Williams said he was close to Mr Ristevski, the last person to see Ms Ristevski on the morning she disappeared, leading to speculation about what he knew. “I worked with him for 10-plus years. We’ve had heated disagreements like all family members do, but consider us to be close,” he wrote on the Facebook page.

“For those also wondering, I catch up with him weekly for the last two months.”...................

Mr Williams was asked on Thursday on social media what he thought happened to his sister. “I have belief in our legal system and will leave it up to them on thoughts etc (sic), me or anyone else speculating won’t bring us close to finding Karen.

Bit confusing. This article implies that the catch ups were the last 2 months. Maybe not so regular before his sisters disappearance.

"It just closes one chapter, and for better or for worse, there's a whole lot of other chapters that are now opening up, and hopefully things will move forward quite rapidly."
Mr Williams expressed his gratitude to members of Victoria Police for their work since Karen's disappearance, in particular thanking members from the Missing Persons Unit. "They've been amazing," he said.

Seems SW is anticipating many chapters to open up in this story and does not seem to have any complaints in regard to the police investigation.
I guess he showed BR and SR support catching up weekly, as families do. I hope they showed him the same respect and gave him some honest answers.

imo

Thanks sosocurious. Something is odd about this. Who knows what went on in the family . Maybe it's the motive that is the really big story with lots of parts to it. What on earth was BR doing in his personal/business life that may have caused the possible heated argument between the KR and BR. Who knows?

Yes indeed Didi.

Mr Ristevski’s interview with police wrapped up quickly when the missing woman’s husband started to shut down.
He began to think it wasn’t a good idea for him to continue to talk to police without having a lawyer present. He left that day with detectives scratching their heads. Many key questions remained unanswered.
Just over a fortnight after Mr Ristevski’s discussion with detectives, his son from a previous relationship dropped a bombshell.

Didn't Ant rant have everyone scratching their heads and giving cause for some to offer the media some really believable headlines?
What a circus :D

1985 - BR and KR meet.
1987 - Blue Lazer Jeans Co - established. BR and VR co-owners.
1991 Nov 25 - Warrant Pty Ltd - established.
2000 - Blue Lazer Jeans collapses - owing 600K
2007 October 10 - Korse International - established. BR one of 3 directors.
2011 - December ish - BR leaves Korse - due to a dispute over 100K loan from Korse to Warrant.
2012 March - Warrant Brands established. KR sole director and shareholder.
2012 - September - Warrant closed by Vic Supreme Court after action from NB and her then partner. NB being KR former best friend.
2013 - Asic took NO action as a result of the May report.
2014 March 21 - Korse International deregistered
2014 June - Bella Bleu Broadmeadows store opened.
2016 - Feb 23 - BR takes over as director of Warrant Brands. KR remains shareholder.
2016 Feb - Broadmeadows Bella Bleu closed down.
2016 Feb - Caveat placed on R's home.
2016 May 22 - Warrant Pty Ltd - de-registered. https://connectonline.asic.gov.au/Re...e=6manrfmeb_22

So Warrant Pty Ltd was only de-registered about a month before KR disappeared. Is that correct?
Does all the below debt get wiped out when the company is deregistered?

A statement of affairs Mr Ristevski filed with ASIC after Warrant was wound up paints a picture of the company as having little in hard assets but plenty of debt. Stock on hand — clothing including 200 pairs of flares, 58 pairs of short overalls and 72 fur-lined jackets — was valued on the books at $4000 but was expected to fetch just $100, he said.
Meanwhile, debts totalled more than $800,000. This included almost $500,000 owed to Westpac and about $230,000 owed to the Ristevskis.
Korse was owed $40,000, although Mr Ristevski also claimed that at the same time it owed Warrant more than $60,000.
Mr Ristevski listed total assets of just $115,000, mostly debts he appeared to think were unrecoverable, including $27,000 owed by Mr Stoicos.

So complicated. I wonder in which 10 year period SW worked with Borce?

RSBM

Excellent timeline of the businesses and finances, soso!!! What a complicated mess! Debts all over the place, and yet they just kept on going and going.

And yes, I wonder when he worked with Borce.

Blue Lazer Jeans was around for 15 years. Seems to have been the longest running entity.

So is Bella Bleu Watergardens the sole provider now?
With a bit of uber driving for pocket money.

SW is younger then KR so he could have started work with VR and BR.
But I guess he could have also put in some time with Warrant.
I wonder when KR worked at the legal firm?

Karen Ristevski mystery not laid to rest
The Australian April 13, 2017

BR initially said he was home the morning KR disappeared.
In a second statement he said he had forgotten that he went for a drive at 10:30 am in KR car.
He had intended to fill up with fuel but he missed the turn off. So he decided to go to the family shop. But missed that turn off as well and just decided to go home. Arriving home about midday.

I'm calling bull ****!

"Maybe it was no one associated to the *deceased. Maybe she got picked up by a total stranger.”

Look, we are not talking about Jill Meagher walking home late at night on a city street and was abducted by a looney who took her elsewhere and buried her. Not too many murderers bother with that, they commit and run at high speed!!
We are talking about a middle aged woman walking close to home in an affluent (or effluent) area, houses everywhere in broad daylight! ALLEGEDLY eh Borce?

Again I gotta scream BULLS**T!!
95% :bigfight:
5%

Nah, the more I think the more sure I am!
It was BR's phone pinging there with Karen's. Nah.

I'll eat my hat.

Do you think it's a tatic to try and get guards down? I would believe the stranger theory if it weren't for the pings .. although id like to know what time those pings happened
