OK. Do you mean duel citizenship?
Can you have two passports then?

Yes you can.......

"It is possible to hold citizenship of two or more countries if the law of those countries allow. This is known as dual, or multiple, citizenship.
People can become dual citizens automatically, or after being granted citizenship of another country.
For example, an Australian citizen may automatically gain citizenship of another country through marriage, while a permanent resident of Australia may become a dual citizen by becoming an Australian citizen."

"Dual nationals should use an Australian passport to enter and depart Australia. Other current passports can be used for travel when outside Australia if desired."

This might be the answer to how BR didn’t speak to LE.

Reading about the shooting of Justine Damond & why the cop won’t speak to prosecutors.

He is under instructions from his lawyer not to speak to LE because it’s up to LE to prove burden of proof.

IF LE told him not to leave the country wouldn’t have they taken his passport or put restrictions on it. :dunno:

Making preparations for an overseas holiday is no crime BUT if LE specifically said he was not to leave the country and he ignored them and went ahead preparing tickets and accomodation that would’ve made LE really sour.

Surely there wasn’t a try for a fake passport.

As soon as he tried to clear immigration and scanned his passport there would been an alert. No clearing the country for Bozza.

Depends which countries you are citizens of eg you can have a British and an Australian passport.
Exactly....I believe it depends on the birth place of the parent. So my father being British albeit being born in Australia I could apply for a British passport (however things may have changed since I considered it).

How was sarah allowed to leave the country? Being Possibly one of the last persons to see her mother alive? I’m not sure if Boris was ever asked to surrender his passport? Of course they would of put an alert in the system if he tried to travel? Could Stary help him overcome this airport hurdle due to lack of evidence? As i said it’s hearsay

My mother was an American war bride, but in those days she had to register our births at the embassy to have US citizenship. She didn't and we have not suffered from it.

IIRC SR was not a POI so I imagine she was free to travel. I think Stary could have pushed his legal boundries for BR and the cops pounced

Happy New Year to all posting here.
To all, no matter our differences, we can get on, just like these two.
Enjoy.

My daughter has just received her British passport. Born in Australia but her dad was British. A few paperwork hoops to jump through, but all done.

Question:
Could Karen have been poisoned?

Also can anyone else remember one of BR/VR’s businesses in mining?

It’s extremely difficult to get hold of Cyanide BUT in this murder investigation the wife was poisoned by her husband, forensics could not find a reason for her death. A specialist in the field of Cyanide who did tests on the victim’s blood & body tissue found traces of Cyanide. The husband had access to Cyanide through mining...Cyanide is used to separate minerals & rocks, that’s how he got his hands on it.
He nearly got off a murder charge until this finding years later, he got a life sentence.
The YouTube video is called - Forensic files (medical detectives 2017 THE SNIFFING REVENGE.

It would be interesting if Karen had been feeling ill days/weeks before she died and had he tried more than once.

How & why was MR RISTEVSKI able to transfer the house into Karen’s name solely?
Did he know he’d inherit it anyway & her insurance pay it out on her death?
Something was going on. Premeditated??

A liquidator was appointed to wind up the business in November 2000 and subsequent accounts filed with ASIC make no mention of creditors receiving any return.

Months earlier, Mr Ristevski had transferred the family home into Mrs Ristevski’s name only.

A land title search reveals the house, in one of Avondale Height’s most coveted streets and worth up to $1.1 million, is mortgaged to Westpac Bank. In February, real estate group Vicinity, together with Perpetual, lodged a caveat over the property, prohibiting it from being sold or transferred.
