Earlier, police removed several items from the home of Tiahleigh Palmers foster family this afternoon.
Several plastic bags were taken away from the Thorburn familys Chambers Flat property by police just before 1pm.
It is not known if the items were taken from the house or as a result of excavations taking place at the back of the property.
Police are hoping to find any evidence related to the 12-year-olds alleged murder. Tiahleighs school uniform and backpack have never been found and could provide vital information to investigators if discovered.
Tiahleighs foster mother has returned to the property to tend to the horses for a third consecutive day.
Julene Thorburn, 54, drove up to the home, which has been declared a crime scene since Tuesday, just before midday.
Ignoring the huddle of media as she waited for the police to open the gate at the driveway, she proceeded to feed the two horses at the property. She tended the horses alone, having previously visited with her 20-year-old son, Josh on Wednesday.
Excavations continued in the backyard but Ms Thorburn stayed at the front of the house, well away from the digging.
Ms Thorburn spoke briefly with police officers at the property before leaving just after 12.10pm.
Ms Thorburn has been charged with perjury and attempting to pervert the course of justice.
